Room was clean, plenty of amenities great staff, especially Megan, she was wonderful and accomodating!!!

The staff was very accommodating but the room wasn't very clean. The dishes, floor and pull out mattress was very dirty. These rooms are often used by visiting professionals and they should never be this bad.

Free Breakfast and Kitchen Availability was a great amenity options

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was fresh, appealing and tasty! This place was exceptional CLEAN! It’s the best value you’re going to get. The gym has updated and operational equipment, the pool was operational and the customer service was excellent!

Nice suites

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever experienced. The floors were the worst part. There were obvious pet and throw up stains, and the kitchen and bath hadn’t ever been mopped. I know because I went and bought a swiffer and the wipes came back black after several were used. I was so disgusted I didn’t let my feet touch any surface. The towels had yellow stains and the kitchen had crumbs from previous guests. I had to sanitize the room myself. I should have checked out the first night but got a good rate on Expedia. This is not a hotel that should carry the Marriot name. The front desk staff guy wasnt helpful when I asked about switching rooms he just keep saying they were full when they weren’t because he wanted to watch games instead of helping guests. Terrible experience.

Check-in went fine, however, when I got to the room, the desk wasn't completely cleaned, the toilet tissue was ripped (used to it being nice and folded), the tub had a few spots was either rusted or the glaze in the tub was peeling. There was a light switch for the ceiling light, however, there wasn't a light there, only lamps could be used. I requested another room as I wasn't sure the room had been properly cleaned. Once in the new room - same issue with the lights, in the living area, there was no light, could only use the light coming from the kitchen, which wasn't enough to read later in evening. The sinks in the bathroom had slow drain - in the bathroom as well as the kitchen. The floor didn't look vacuumed. I didn't take any pictures or anything, unsure if I would stay there again for these reasons. It was convenient for me and noticed that you can bring pets (by the signage) when walked in, and room had a bit of a stench, so maybe someone had a pet previously in room. If they would do a better housekeeping job, and get some lights in room, outside of the lamps, I will consider returning.

The staff I talked to was friendly and helpful. I was dissatisfied wthat we had no housekeeping the 3 nights we were there.

Very clean will visit again

Here are a few concerns I wanted to share: First, the indoor pool lacks a bathroom in the pool area, which means you have to leave and walk down a hallway. This creates a slippery situation, especially when you're managing three kids. It feels like a design oversight. Second, the room didn’t have any hand soap. I had to resort to using body wash to wash my hands, which isn’t ideal. Lastly, the layout of the newly renovated rooms seems poorly planned. The nice sofa bed is positioned on the same wall as the TV, making it impossible to watch TV comfortably from the couch. Overall, considering the price, the I would have expected a little better.

We had the suite next to the workout room and we heard music blasting at 4am, it sounded like it was a party. It was terrible. The remote batteries died and it’s unbelievable that they did not have batteries . At checkout no one asked about they stay so I didn’t even bother clearly they don’t care. The toilet had a leak. Imagine going to the bathroom at 4am since the blasting music woke us up and stepping in water. Disgusting!

Check in was easy. Room was very spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.100% happy with our stay and will surely stay again.
