Just what I needed for a one night stay w family

Room was clean as expected. Temp in room was easy to adjust. Fan on the units was pretty quiet. Food was ok. Typical food and was cooked properly and presented good. Area was clean.

This place is amazing. Not only is it reasonable in price which is why I picked this place in the first place but it's clean, the beds are comfortable, easy parking, and the staff is beyond amazing. It's also located close to shopping and food. I'd highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again.

Fairly quiet, clean, comfortable. Bed and linens im excellent condition. Pleasant front desk staff. Obviously an older building that has been remodeled. NO elevator. They stock the rooms with cheap facial and toilet tissue,be warned.

The bathroom door would not shut due to the buckling of the floor. The hotel is beside train tracks and trains were noisily going by at night. Breakfast selection was severely limited. Items were gone when we arrived. We asked for more but were told there was no yogurt, etc. no elevator with three floors. Car alarms were going off all night and several people across from our room were intoxicated or having some kind of difficulty. A lady was yelling at me as I walked down the hall, trying to get my attention. Walls are so thin the noise in hallways and next door and above was extremely loud. Definitely won’t be back.

I have stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed it. I really like the fact that it is pet friendly, and they have plenty of grass to walk your dog. Breakfast is good.. It is convenient and easy to get to other areas that went at you

No elevator and were only told this after we booked via expedia. We were on first floor, so wasn't an issue. Staff was very nice.

Friendly staff at every encounter. Convenient parking situation. Clean modern breakfast area with just the right amount of options. 24-hour fitness centre, guest laundry, plus hot tub and pool is a super nice bonus! The rooms on Level 1 can be a bit dungeon like with low ceilings are minimal natural light. Rooms match description and photos online. Comfortable king bed, lots of comfortable pillows. Clean bathroom upon arrival. Can be noisy as it's an older building so don't expect total quietness if there's anyone above or beside you. Would stay again, good value.

The people working on this property really made it shine, particularly the manager - I spoke with him multiple times leading up to my visit, and a couple of times during as well. He was extremely helpful every time we spoke, and he was very accommodating when it came to working with our travel plans. Lastly, he took a genuine interest as we were checking out in what could be done better in future visits. Five stars for the personnel for sure!
