Decent hotel for our stay

Mediocre everything needs updating. Disappointed when compared to similar hotels.

The door lock assembly did not work all the time and sometimes it took us five minutes to get the door to unlock.

Very good hotel, cheap and good customer service. The pool was clean and with hot water.

it was rustic and in style with the town

We stayed only one night at this motel while visiting Leavenworth. It is in a great location - very walkable to the cute downtown area or to a park and a walk along the river. The staff was pleasant, especially the lady who served the breakfast buffet. The motel could use some updating. The room colors are drab & dark. We didn't spend much time in our room and wouldn't want to stay longer than one night there.

Very nice accommodations. Our room was close to all of the offered amenities and all were clean and well kept. All requests were met and completed in a very short period and the staff was outstanding. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at the Howard Johnson in Leavenworth. The location was easily within walking distance to downtown, the Adventure Coaster, a lovely park, restaurants, and a coffee shop. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was nice, and our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The pool was small and was "heated," but didn't feel very warm. That was a non-issue because it was 90 degrees outside. There were a couple of negatives that were minor. The first was the overwhelming smell of pine cleaner in the lobby. I stopped in for a couple of things over our stay, and it was a very intense smell that instantly gave me a headache. I'm sensitive to chemical cleaners, and it was a bit off-putting. We also paid $5 for a DVD rental and a bag of microwave popcorn. The DVD skipped for the majority of our movie. Other than that our stay was great and we would definitely come back for another stay.

It was our first time in Leavenworth. We enjoyed Howard Johnson. There beds are super comfortable. They have black out curtains and a large gas fireplace. The continental breakfast was wonderful. We will be back.

Stay is okay okay and not so great. It’s clean but old property. It could have been better if breakfast is also offered

Loved Kardi! She is a helpful and beautiful soul! The rooms were clean and beds comfortable and perfect pillows and plenty of them! Pool clean and not too much chlorine to burn your eyes! Heated as well!
