We just visited for 3 nights for my best friend’s 40th and we had the best time. The property was so beautiful and the staff was incredibly sweet, accommodating and wonderful. We had a chef cook our last dinner in our gorgeous suite and it was the most incredible experience! 10/10!

This was our first experience at this property and we were so impressed. We usually stay at Chileno bay but this impressed us.

This property is amazing

Every visit is exquisite. You always want to go back. I am already thinking of the next time we will be there again. 💕 One thing I feel needed improvement is the hair and bath products. This is a five star hotel we need better products. Please advise someone. Aesop , Molton brown. These are my recommendations. Have a great summer.

The most amazing stay at Esperanza, literally zero complaints. The site is beautiful, rooms are wonderful, the staff is so friendly and go above and beyond, and the food was very good. Will definitely come back!

Great service and property. Just very expensive for bar and restaurant items.

The resort is nice but a little tired. We travelled with kids and the kid’s areas left a lot to be desired. The food was good but lacking variety. Our 3 bedroom Casona was nice but a bit tired. Our butler and the pool servers were top notch though! We’ve stayed at Grand Velas a few times in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta and prefer the food, service, entertainment and kids club and pool experience there. For the cost of Esperanza, I would pick Grand Velas over it (even paying more overall) or we’d probably try another high end resort.

The Esperanza experience is top notch! The customer service and hospitality were outstanding. The ocean views were amWe knew when the staff said "Welcome home" on our arrival, we were in for a treat!
