Oscar was awesome. Friendly, helpful, and went out of his way for his guests.

The welcome staff gave the most pleasant check-in experience I have ever encountered at any hotel. He was fast, friendly, and very informative.

Stayed here with my husband and sister on July 1st, 2025 - I had made a mistake and booked my reservation for July 2nd, but the Manager on duty, Oscar, was an absolute gem and went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was swapped over for that night instead. I just want to say Oscar was the most genuine, thoughtful, and kind staff and/or person I have gotten to meet in quote a long while. He deserves a hefty raise!! Thank you so so much Oscar, you're magic.

The staff were great and the breakfast was good. We had a minor issue with the sink leaking that we reported.

Very nice staffs. Clean and comfortable but a little noisy through out the night.

It needs more parking

Overall a great place to stay if you are travelling through town. The staff were excellent, the place is clean, the only complaint is some noise between floors (wood construction).

We wanted a basic, reasonably priced, conveniently located hotel for the night before a Rogue River Trail hike, and this fit the bill perfectly. Staff and room were very pleasant. We were happy with the Mexican restaurant next door and the ice cream parlor just down the road, and the hotel breakfast was basic and just what we needed.

Everything was great. Breakfast options especially good and always refilled.

I stayed here last night because the 2 nice hotels I usually book were full. Man that checked us in was great. Room was clean, but when we went back that night the parking lot was FULL. I went to the desk and she told me we'd have to park on the street. On this street in front of the hotel where we had to park was 8-10 homeless people sleeping on the street and in a old car. I asked if they had more rooms than parking spots and she said no but some people come with 2 cars. (IMO, these 2nd cars need to park on the street.) I won't stay again, not wanting to leave my truck on the street in this area and walk uphill to the lobby.

Convenient location

Will be back! Love this motel and love that I can bring my dog. Very clean, big rooms and lots of places to eat around

This was the best Inn we have stayed at ever. Staff did everything right. Facility was 100 per cent functional.

The mattress was very old and flattened when I laid down. I also took a really bad fall in the shower because it was incredibly slippery and nothing in the tub or hanging off the tub for this issue.

Clean; very pleasant staff. Pool open 24 hrs - excellent Room 111 smelled of chlorine. Really liked the luggage trolley! What’s not to like about cookies freshly baked, available at midnight!
