The toilet was quite old and broken, and the floors could have been cleaner when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was nice and staff was friendly.

La atención y la amabilidad del personal es excelente, siempre están dispuesto a ayudarte. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas, estuve en la piscina y es muy hermosa, se puede tomar el sol de manera esplendida, lo único malo es que me pedí un mojito en el bar y me dieron algo que no parecía ni mojito, mucho alcohol, no tienen ese conocimiento de cocteles, me pedí un piña colada y es de los que vienen ya preparados. Igualmente es un buen lugar con shows por las noches, esta muy bien.

Ideal por sus servicios y tarifas. Comida rica y habitación confortable. En español el personal sin problemas en otros idiomas parecía que les costaba más dirigirse a los huéspedes.

Aceptable para ser 4* Camas pequeñas, habitación doble con cama de matrimonio de 135. Baño suficiente (imagino que está reformado y al cambiar la ducha dejaron el soporte antiguo y se caía por no encajar bien). Fácil aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. Personal atento.

El hotel está muy bien, la organización y la atención deja mucho que desear. Nos confundimos con la habitación y la cogimos para 1 persona, nos hacen el chekin a los 2, subimos a cenar los 2 y en el desayuno del día siguiente nos dicen que solo es habitación para 1 ¿y nadie nos pudo avisar? Hay una descoordinación enorme entre el personal. Además la habitación pegaba al bufet por lo que a las 7 de la mañana se escucha muchísimo jaleo…. No está bien insonorizado… dudo que volvamos… una pena porque las instalaciones están muy bien

This hotel was terrible. I stayed here because it was recommended by the camp my son was staying at, but I was very disappointed and left after a couple of nights. It was very old and outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. It didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner. It has a pool and spa, but hotel guests could only use it at certain times. It was also a separate facility so you had to share it with the public so it was very busy. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. The neighborhood smelled and didn’t have much to do. The only positive was they let me check out early and refunded the rest of my stay.

Very happy with our stay. The room was big and convenient. Staff super friendly. Buffet nice and affordable. The indoor swimming pools are great for either swimming or playing with kids. There is a very nice beach area 5 minutes by car

Hotel was great. The rooms where clean and breakfast was good. There is a possibility tot take the bus to valancia. The bus station is at the beginning of the street.

It’s a very old hotel but greatly renewed. Staff is friendly. Prices are great. Just a few steps away from bus and subway.
