Hostess this evening was the nicest woman ever. Very kind and attentive. Hate that I didn’t get her name but thank you.

It’s a nice stay with easy access to the national park. The pool offered a place to cool off when we needed a break from the intense heat.

Rooms were clean, pool was nice. Decor could be updated. Amenities were limited. Would stay again.

This property was recommended by some friends that stayed there. Unfortunately, our beds were very hard and extremely uncomfortable particularly for side sleepers. Also when first entering the room, there was a musty smell.

Perfect location in Twentynine Palms, CA right on Highway 62. Clean and comfortable.

I got scolded at check-in for using hotels.com to book my stay(it made the desk clerks job more difficult). There was no access to the restaurant from inside the hotel, the doors were padlocked. The a/c was not up to par, and I couldn’t find the ice machine. The bed and pillows were fine.

We came into town for a memorial service and this hotel was nice and clean with comfy beds.

Diese Unterkunft war hervorragend gelegen, wenn man den Joshua Tree National Park besuchen möchte. Der Eingang war nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Das war aber auch schon alles an positivem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Betten für 4 Personen gebucht. Eines der Betten war so hart, dass es schon beim Draufsetzen unangenehm war. Im Zimmer gab es nur 2 Handtücher, auf diese Aussage an der Rezeption kam die Frage: Wollen sie noch mehr? Ähmmm...ja, wir hatten für 4 gebucht! Das Zimmer war staubig und schon am Abend dachte ich: okay, es ist ja nur für 1 Nacht. Aber selbst diese 1 Nacht war wie im Horrorfilm. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und kühlte kaum runter. Aufgrund der Lautstärke mussten wir sie ausschalten, das machte es natürlich nachts sehr stickig. Doch das Schlimmste war das nächtliche Wachwerden, weil eine Kakerlake auf meiner Schulter rum krabbelte. Auch im Badezimmer war am Morgen eine zu finden. Wir haben viele Hotels auf unserer Rundreise gesehen, doch das ist das Einzige was wir wirklich nicht empfehlen können!

Nice place and easy drive to Joshua Tree NP. The staff person was so very friendly but there seemed to be only one person working in the whole building when we arrived—-had to wait a very long time as a result to check in after a long drive.

Roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom door handle broken. Toilet difficult to flush. Uncomfortable beds. Very thin towels and not enough.

This hotel is nothing ovwr the top, but the rate is reasonable, very clean and friendly staff. Hotel feels safe, you do need a room key to even access the 2nd floor. The room is very large and comfortable. Has a fridge, microwave, blow dryer. Large bathroom, very clean. Our room is so quiet, the ac works great. Will definitely stay here next time we come to town! Theres no ice machine or vending on our floor, but i believe the restaurant below has ice.

Nice clean lace for the price. Great choice of your goal os to just hike in the Park. Don’t expect too much from the town/ village of 29 Palms.

The room we stayed in was very large and roomy. Conveniently located near the elevator. Very quiet which is a plus in my book.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean enough. The pool was also good. The fitness center was lacking with only a treadmill and bike (no weights). There was no coffee in the room or at the front desk. The city was incredibly sketchy. We stayed here while visiting Joshua Tree, but I would’ve probably stayed in Joshua Tree or Palm Springs had we known how run down Twentynine Pines was. The hotel wasn’t bad though.
