Tout etait parfait.cependant,on avait reserve une chambre avec un grand lit et c'etait deux petits lits côte a côte....dommage

Hotel zit er over het geheel goed uit maar ligt achteraf op een locatie waarom heen wordt gebouwd. Bij de eerste aankomst moet je goed opletten om het hotel te vinden. Goed ontbijt en rustig hotel.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the historic town of Avignon. We stayed here is late August 2025. This was our second stay at this hotel (previous was in August 2024). We would like to thank the manageress Anne Elle for helping to make our stay enjoyable – check in process was easy and Anne Elle’s English was better than my French. The hotel is in a quiety leafy suburb of Avignon with excellent parking facilities. The rooms are clean, modern, air-conditioned and spacious. They are well equipped with coffee and Tea making facilities. There is a wonderful indoor pool with a sauna – perfect for relaxing after a long journey. There is also an outdoor pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. This year the hotel has dining facilities available for the evening - which is very convenient for guests. The food is very good, and the morning breakfast is excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold food, drinks etc. We found all the staff coureous and attentive and we were delighted with the service we received. Staying at this hotel was an opportunity for us to explore Avignon briefly before continuing our journey to the Cote d’Azur. We would be happy to stay here again.

The staff was kind and attentive. The room was quiet, clean and the amenities were good. The facilities were clean. The morning buffet had good variety (except the eggs— powdered?). The issue we had was the hotel is in a medical/industrial area. There is a crematorium next door. 1 block down is a street with barriers to slow cars down that we had to weave through. No idea the purpose. This was a pretty poor area it seems. Around the barriers are groups of young men drinking and having fun. We took that street by accident one night and we did not feel safe— if they wanted to stop our car they absolutely could have. No one warned us about this. Overall, good hotel, poor area of choice.

Quiet , clean and well equipped hotel. Would have liked to use the pool but it close at 9:00 pm - which is too early in summer

Goods: hotel grounds and amenities are great Bad: Management is terrible 1- internet didn’t work during our stay 2- no HVAC at all one of the nights 3- we were 3 in our room with 3 beds but every day only two towels. We should go every day to the concierge and ask for towels 4- interior heated pool that was never heated 5- Staff was clueless

Excellent room (but first one smelt musty) nice staff but very busy, maybe not enough staff at busy times. Excellent speaking English.

Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderbaren Garten, wo man auch gut parken kann. Abends kann man sich auch zum Dinner im Restaurant aufhalten. Wir sind vielleicht zum fünften Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel. Es wäre wünschenswert, im Nachbarland von Deutschland in den Zimmern dieses Hotels im TV die Hauptsender wie ARD und ZDF zu haben.

Lovely experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative comment is that there are no children allowed in the indoor pool.
