Clean, great

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel beautifully decorated, no grot in this establishment. Our room was very clean and the bedding and towels were top quality. The hotel is basically across the road from Betty’s right in the middle of Harrogate so it is perfectly situated. You won’t need your car at all once you have parked it. There are parking bays outside the hotel which are numbered and you pay for your bay which is £15 for a day. We booked breakfast once we were there as our plans had changed. Breakfast was pleasant. The bacon was superb. Breakfast was £13 a head. We had cocktails in the bar in the evening and everything was reasonably priced and the staff were pleased to help you choose a drink. I had some slight adaptations to the cocktails because I am diabetic and the two bartenders were knowledgeable/kind. We didn’t eat in the hotel because we had already booked the Ivy for lunch and a different restaurant for the evening but we wish we hadn’t arranged the evening restaurant and had instead eaten in the hotel. We will definitely visit again and eat in the hotel next time. In the hotel, especially the bar there was a nice mix of ages no children just adults. The only downfall for me was that there wasn’t a bath in our room. I particularly wanted a bath and I had put that as a request but non were available. The height of a hotel stay is having a bath where you are not disturbed… I would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a well needed break.

Room was clean and staff friendly but dont book a room at rear of hotel .very nousy from 6am onwards as this rd is used to sevice the hotel and several other businesses . Rooms have original sinhle glazed windows whuch do not stop noise

Clean room friendly and helpful staff parking is hit and missy.. shower was poor though no pressure didn’t feel refreshed or clean

We had a fantastic stay at The Yorkshire hotel in Harrogate. Plenty of parking outside and have fantastic restaurants and bars on the door step. Great friendly staff and clean warm rooms. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon

Great stay as usual at The Yorkshire. Hotel bedroom presented very well… clean, modern and very comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent and the staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. Keep up the good work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was with a view of a roof so not the best even though I paid extra for a suite Bathroom was literally stone cold so very unbearable and no privacy as no blind but very overlooked from property at the rear so felt uncomfortable in the bathroom when washing and showering Had to wrap up to go into the bathroom due to the coldness

Great staff and good breakfast. Great location. Parking was insufficient but we knew about this in advance. Our room (401) was very cold and we needed an extra electric heater. WiFi was patchy towards the end of the building, where the room was. Carpets need replacing. No fridge or safe in the room. Bed was ok but mattress seemed old. I don’t believe we got value for money

Overall a very good stay. Very nice hotel, bar/restaurant, common areas were all very nice, great breakfast, room as expected for the quality of hotel. Also a great location, convenient for all that Harrogate has to offer.

Clean and large room, quick check in. Nice restaurant downstairs. Room was near the loft so it was noisy, the floors creaked a lot above and you could hear a lot of talking and movement from up there. Breakfast was nice but had clearly been sat out a long time.

Room spotless and warm staff friendly

Nice bed, good location and the staff on reception couldn't have been more accommodating. Only issue was the rooms seem to have no sound-proofing. It was very loud from above and outside the room from first thing on a Sunday morning, which wasn't ideal.
