I stayed three days and night.All three day onone came for room cleaning or channing towel and garbage bags.They don't even give one free bottle of water in room for the guests who are staying for three days.I stayed in Holiday Inn before they take care of their guests very good.

Clean room. Accessible location. Good continental breakfast that was free. Just missing a hot tub.

Good, comfortable stay

Room was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning was a bit high when we checked in and made the vroom too cold at first. The bedding was no too cozy and we slept poorly. Some high pitched electrical noise in the hallway would go on and off at night, which was distracting. Tv operation needed more explanation.

Great experience

The bed was sooo uncomfortable, we had to leave a night early. Only stayed 1 night, not 2. The shower pressure was so weak, it was terrible. The continental breakfast was awful. The egg omelettes tasted like fish. Everything tasted horrible. I’m sorry this sounds all so negative, but it was. The hotel was very clean however and the staff were lovely.

Way overpriced for the area. Front desk clerk was rude. Couldn't even get in the pool with all the kids. Parents were letting their kids run wild. There was a party in the parking lot with a dozen people. Don't think they were staying there. Wtaf? Would never recommend this hotel. Wish I could ask for my money back.

Great value. Good location and probably the best option available in the Scarborough area. The Keg restaurant practically next door, short 4-5 minute walk. Regular public transit busses about 6 minute walk. Way to get to various areas nearby. Using public transit is an easy trip to and from downtown Toronto. Can take an hour to an hour and a half each way. Scarborough Town Centre and Cederbrae Centre are nearby. The hotel is fairly recently renovated and mostly in good shape. Staff are friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is good. Baked goods are the standout item. When downtown hotels are $400-$500 per night during certain events, this is a great option. We paid $53 for Uber from Pearson Airport on a Saturday evening.
