I never leave reviews but i made time today. The facility itself was under construction so this review had nothing to do with that. The 2 star review is based on the terrible condition of the bathroom of the room they gave us. I mean it was gross. You can tell they did not clean the bathroom before we came into the room and if they did, it was sub par surface level. The bathroom walls had hair from previous guest. The lining was reddish orange so you know they didn't clean it. The floor was dirty. I mean we had to do our own wipe down. It was gross. I'm perplexed by the 4.5 stars if that was the condition of the room. Gross. I should really give 1 star but the hotel itself did not feel gross or look gross, the staff was pleasant, and I did not give them an opportunity to fix it because we did it ourselves ....but that bathroom was disgusting and the staff needs to thoroughly clean after each and every guest no exceptions.

Nicely renovated rooms at this hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

It would be nice to add a kettle in the room. Couple bottle water for convenience

Mattress on the bed I had was very uncomfortable when usually I stay at the best westerns for the comfy beds

Great staff. Room could use some some updating but had what we needed.

The staff here were great and the hotel is clean, bright and easy to navigate. The location off Hwy 401 was easy to get to. It was a great find.
