I would book again, but would prefer to know ahead of time that the pool was closed and not operable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast provided next morning was exceptional compared to most complimentary breakfasts at other facilities.

Had a noisy neighbor. Not much could be done at 1:15am.....breakfast was good!

Everything was good, with the exception of the pool being closed. Past reviews mentioned pool was being serviced, I was disappointed, I assumed it would be opened by now.

Pros: the people were great! Food was good. The room was huge. Convenient location. Cons: Pool closed for repairs indefinitely. Getting run down... Exterior lights need to be changed. Needs exterior paint. Phone broke. Clothes iron broke.

My stay was amazing from the first minute to the last! The room, on the second floor, was clean and inviting. The balcony was perfect. It overlooked a nice grassy area with beautiful trees..The free breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Outside grass was so nice! Having no soap in the bathroom was a surprise. Also the mirror light didn't work. But the bed and soft sheets were wonderful!

Great stay, nice size room

Check in was excellent. Room was clean but only thing TV didnt work. It said "no signal." Left it as that and went to sleep. Overall, it was nice. Thank you

The check in woman at the front desk made sure I had everything I might need. Even offered me bottled water. The room was huge compared to your standard. Even the bathroom was spacious. There was an ergonomic desk chair. Plenty of fluffy pillows. Oh, and a patio area with every room that faced a big green courtyard! Breakfast was great with hot and cold options with plenty of seating and clean tables. TV was smaller and sound system was a little scratchy. Really loved this place for the price

Staff was amazing, room was great and spacious for our family of 4, very conveniently located right next to shopping and food options, but it is unfortunate that choice hotels doesn’t value their Payson location enough to fix their pools, and if they don’t intend to, should at the very least remove the pool advertisement from their website and third party listings. Corporate is completely to blame here, the staff was very apologetic and kind, I would 100% stay here again.

Staff was amazing food was same omelette and greasy sausage overall a little run down mold in bathroom and carpets looked dirty and closet light was out also pool is down felt staff made experience better even though older place to stay

My family and I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were nice and clean. We are a family of 7 and it was super spacious. We had a patio that led to a green grass courtyard. The pool was closed but the kids loved running through the sprinklers on the grass. A+ for price and quality!

It was a good stay. Room was nice and we were comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast they offered. Would be nice if they added a second waffle maker. There was a line for it so I skipped the waffle. Sucks that the pool was closed. Look forward to the next time we visit Payson, would be happy to stay there again.

Not a good place to stay. Toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, bathroom door didn’t close properly, sink didn’t have a stopper in it. And the list goes on. Stay at the Comfort Inn instead or Majestic Mountain Inn.

Loud early in the morning

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, and great staff. The only thing that bothered me was that the pool hot tub and gym were all closed. they should offer a price discount until they are available again. I will be back
