Hotellet är storslaget utan att vara pretentiöst varje detalj andas kvalitet, från den arkitektoniska harmonin till den varma, professionella servicen. Rummen är generösa, smakfullt inredda och erbjuder en sällsynt kombination av komfort och stillhet. Poolområdet är i världsklass. Matupplevelserna håller mycket hög nivå. Frukosten är riklig, elegant presenterad och tillfredsställer både internationella och lokala smaker. Restaurangerna erbjuder variation, kvalitet och konsekvent hög standard. Personalen förtjänar ett särskilt omnämnande. Servicen är genuint vänlig, diskret och extremt professionell alltid uppmärksam utan att bli påträngande.

Rooms clean and well kept. Lounge had a nice breakfast.

Ok hotel in new Cairo (one hour from Pyramids but right next to airport). Day tours charged me extra given distance. Complex security process to drive in. Massive complex with poor signage so I got lost. My first room was beside pool so you need to go outside, not undercover, to room- but door didn’t work so I moved to main building. Great gym (two big rooms) and spa/steam room/sauna. Heated Indoor pool has a channel to outdoor pool. A few restaurants but they’re not great. Room service 45min and not great but on the whole a solid hotel with helpful Concierge

JW Marriott Hotel Cairo is a gem. My stay was nothing short of phenomenal. I expected the best from Marriott and got that and more. The food, the attentive and respectable staff, the decore and cleanliness of the hotel were amazing. Everyone there was professional and helpful. I wish I could have explored more of the hotels grounds. I will book with JW Marriott Hotel again, the next time I'm in Cairo.

This property is luxury on steroids. Excellent location, staff and general state of pleasure for relaxing.

This hotel was amazing! Me and my wife went for the honeymoon and had a bad experience in the previous resort. This one was a top-notch. Very much recommended. Very clean, staff is always there to help, property is very clean and everything was provided in the room to use in case you forgot sometime. I would stay here again.

The hotel is 5 stars . I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was somewhat accommodating and somewhat passive aggressive . For example , during check in , I wasmt told about any of the amenities throughout the hotel . I learned alot about the hotel through exploration and the manager introducing herself to me in executive lounge . I prepaid for breakfast each day and the waiters seemed to be selective on who they waited on to get coffee and juice . There weee times when I had to get my own coffe . Overall , the stay was good , I wish I knew more about the hotel on the first day because me and my husband found the second heated pool through exploring .
