It was nice to have the wine tasting when we arrived. The breakfast was very nice and staff kept up with the food and cleanliness

Great hotel, walking distance to Shakespeare Festival, restaurants, and shops.

Both room keys stopped working after one day. Check-in was slow due to only one employee at Check-in time.

Four day stay to see plays. Easy walking distance to OSF. Parking was easy. Nice breakfast with a peaceful outdoor space. Room was spacious and we loved having 2 comfortable chairs. Pillows were meh but the bed was comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Wifi worked well but it was funny that they still had ethernet connections. Reception space had a local winery with tastings.

Loved everything. This is by far the best lodging option in Ashland!

A/C wasn’t working during 90° heat, and no one answered at front desk. Had to sweat it out all night. Iron didn’t work. Both situations were rectified quickly. Nice breakfast patio. Coin operated laundry available.

This property is close to everything a bunch of restaurants. Very walkable.

The room was not ready for check in until about a half hour past check in time. Front desk staff was kind and quick but probably needed another person helping because there were several groups. Our room was not cool enough. We had to open the door to the hallway while the air conditioning ran on high for about an hour before it felt comfortable. The bed was amazing. The location and staff are great.
