All the staff were very pleasant, and the property was just great

We are three friends who had had an amazing stay at the Radisson Blue Wroclaw. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything we wanted and a bit more. The possibility to order freshly made avocado toast and omelette added something special. The room service was good and quick. We highly recommend the hotel and we ll be back.

Relaxing and clean place to stay not far from city centre market square

good location to get to old town, bonus of sauna but its not on all the time. you have to book and hope its turned on. breakfast was lots of choice. disappointed with bar staff , one girl seemed to prefer serving local customers rather than us

Good location 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Breakfast plentiful and lots to choose from. Bar is expensive and run out of draft lager. Could not buy Pinot Grigio by the glass only the bottle which was annoying, but that's the only gripe. Staff were always helpful.

Hotel impecável ! Atendeu minhas expectativas de um Radisson !

Vi ankom og kunne desværre ikke tjekke ind. Vores kuffert blev sat til opbevaring og så ud i byen. Jeg havde tidligere fået en mail hvor de tilbød opgradering til en lille ekstra betaling. Det havde jeg sagt ja tak til. Da vi kom tilbage for at tjekke ind kunne de ikke opgradere os, da alt var udsolgt. En sød receptionist hjalp med at bestille tid til negle, hvilket var dejligt. Vi kom en fredag og skulle hjem søndag. Lørdag morgen kom vi ned til morgenmad kl 9.00. Wow mange mennesker og køkkenet kunne slet ikke følge med. Der manglede alt. Knive, gafler, tallerkner, glas, juice, vand, og det meste af maden. Min mand sad og ventede på amerikanske pandekager. Da de så kom, så kom der 7 stk. de var. De var væk i løbet af 30 sekunder. Virkelig mangelfuld service lørdag morgen. Søndag kom vi ned kl 7.30 og her var der ingen problem. Alt lækkert.

Comfortable clean hotel . Service in the bar and restaurant was not good. Only one girl was serving drinks and taking orders. There were other staff but they had to wait for her every time. Not sure if they were too young or if they simply did not know what to do ! We had to keep asking to pay our bill. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Sunday morning was very chaotic , not enough tables for the amount of guests ! Breakfast much better Mon and Tues. My safe did not work , I asked for it to be fixed and reception called a technician but hernever came . Good location near to town and the river. Would recommend this hotel but the service needs to step up .

Clean, quiet and friendly. Staff on reception are very helpful. Recommend this hotel if visiting Wroclaw.

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstückauswahl hingegen war gigantisch.
