The shampoo and conditioners in the shower were empty

Room was fine. A ceramic tile fell off near the floor. Dining area could have used some attention with the waffle maker and general counter wiping.

Great hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the placement of the bottles in the shower. They were a little in the way; I kept hitting them while I took a shower.

Very nice rooms toilet had hair on it at check in other than that nice renovated rooms big tv but werent smart tvs so couldnt watch netflix or anything had a fridge and microwave in every room and we had two joing rooms

Room was very nice but air conditioner did not cool the room. When I asked for a fan the manager said they did not have any and came to the room and said it was blowing as cold it should. We had the thermostat sat at 60 and had to sleep uncovered just to stay cool.

Was impressed with size of the room and really liked it had a table corner booth seat and chairs has two door mini fridge so the freezer being completely separate was a huge plus. And the fact pets stay free was awesome . Great place if you want a bargain price with clean well kept up hotel with great service

The property and room were clean. The breakfast was good with several choices. I didn’t get a chance to swim, but the pool looked nice. The bed was a bit hard, and the metal frame was noisy but that was my only complaint. Good for an overnight stay.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. The room was very clean, and tge shower had great pressure. But the mattress was hard and the sheets and towels were thin and worn and the pillows were especially small. The breakfast was disappointing. They offered waffles, bread/toast, muffins, 2 kinds of yogurt, 2 cereals (fruit loops were somewhat stale) and some overripe bananas. Although the price was great, I would rather pay more and get a much more comfortable room and yummy breakfast.

Good location pool was great and so was continental brakfast could use more choices though but everyone els was good no complaints price is great if yuu been working your bit off and just wan to get out your house in Wausau or your apartment just for a night
