A stunning little place, perfectly out of the hustle and bustle of downtown but within a 15 min walk of all the restaurants. The hot tub, sauna and smores made the experience unforgettable and the breakfast was perfect early in the morning. Would recommend to anyone.

It wasn’t very full but we got put in a room on the street side right across from the elevator. The area the hot tub was slippery - and my husband fell. Hot tubs were fine. Beds were great rooms were cozy but well appointed.

Breakfast was very good! Staff extremely friendly too!

We stayed one night at the Canalta Lodge, our rooms were upgrade, lovely large rooms, very clean, staff were friendly and very informative. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed off-season, and could not imagine what it's like when the hotel is full. There is a sense of crowdedness in the common areas and he rooms are small and cheaply decorated. The breakfast was delicious with many options, and the breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful. The front desk is helpful.

We had a very good stay in Canalta, the rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was perfect and delicious.

A pleasant lounge and outdoor courtyard. Loved the coffee/sandwich/drink bar in the lobby. The daily smores was fun! Staff were kind and helpful.

The room itself was okay, on the smaller side. The cold plunge pool was out of order. There was a couple sports / dance groups unsupervised and loud in hot tubs in the evenings, saying inappropriate things .

We had a good stay. Friendly staff, good location, enjoyed the included breakfast buffet and cozy dining area. A bit disappointed that we couldn't get a late check out but overall a nice stay. Thank you.

We loved this place for all the little touches! Smores from 4-7pm, the hot tubs, and especially the lounge area with access to games. It was so nice to see many different people spending time together playing games.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The soaps in the shower smelled so good! Breakfast buffet was good but I was surprised it was exactly the same all 4 mornings. Renting the bikes from the hotel was awesome. Parking on the street for free rather than the garage was a nice bonus. Walking 20min to dinner every night was quite far after a day of adventure though, so I would choose a hotel closer to the action next time. My biggest complaint was about the courtyard amenities. I specifically booked this hotel for the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub; Nordic cycle. It was our anniversary trip and that’s my husband’s favourite thing to do. The first 2 days, both the cold plunge and the hot tub were closed for repairs… I understand it’s shoulder season but feel the hotel could have notified of this in advance because it was very disappointing. And then when the hot tub reopened you couldn't use it until 8am…. We like to start our day with a hot tub at home so I didn’t understand why it couldn’t be used at 630-7am. The cold plunge never reopened.

We booked a suite that had a half bathroom with the two king beds. The toilet had urine in it that looked like it had not been cleared or flushed in a week. When I flushed it there was a ring where the the dirty water stood. Trash in that bathroom left from prior visitor

Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was very good, better than most buffets at hotels. Only negative was the darkness in the room, not as it needed more lights. We will stay again!

This is our second stay straddling a ski trip and I had a very positive experience. Firstly, due to my own mistake I booked Thursday instead of Wednesday, but the front desk staff (sorry I didn't catch the name, she would have been there Wednesday April 29th around 9pm) was very accommodating in finding me a last minute room, and also helped find a room that better suits my sleeping difficulties (further from frequent traffic). I'm very grateful and had a great stay. The room was nicely cleaned and spacious. Sleep quality was excellent. The free breakfast was also a nice surprise in this resort area.

The breakfast was nice to have. Decent variety. There was coffee option but I did not see tea option. S’more was nice touch by the fire.
