We stayed at this hotel as part of a motorbike trip across Spain and stayed one night. Rooms were great, amenities wonderful, bar staff were helpful, breakfast was good with a variety of food options and the major benefit was the onsite pool area. We really enjoyed our stay here, so much so we delayed our departure time to make the most of the pool! Finally the overnight cost was reasonable and offered good value

Não acho que merece ser 4 estrelas, precisa de reavaliação. Quarto pequeno, mas o colchão e travesseiros estavam aceitáveis. O café da manhã foi um horror, sem variedade, a água servida era em temperatura ambiente e da torneira. Sucos artificiais. Não tinha variedade de pães, não tinha esquentador de pães, poucos tipos de frios e muito simples, não tinha nem queijo branco, somente mussarela. Tomei um dia café da manhã e o outro dia não comi no hotel pq era pessimo. Estamos falando de 4 estrelas, mas a realidade não condiz. A localização é boa para quem usa metrô ou ônibus.

This was away from the city center. The room was big enough that it had a closet and a stand where you could put your suitcases on and that helps with packing night. The breakfast buffets was just okay, nothing special. The air conditioning was okay.

Bon séjour, je recommande cet hôtel, bonne insonorisation et bonne literie L’offre pour le petit déjeuner est intéressante cependant le petit défaut c’est qu’ils ne remettent pas toujours quand les plats sont vides notamment pour les omelettes, donc il faut aller tôt au petit déjeuner

Buen hotel para ir a un concierto al Wanda Metropolitano. Andando 25 minutos. Evitas colas al salir del estadio. Estaba límpio, las camas cómodas, el aire acondicionado ( mucha calor en Madrid) y el Wifi funcionaron perfectamente. Si vas en coche, por detrás del hotel encontramos aparcamiento en una zona residencial y si quieres aparcamiento también lo ofrecen. El desayuno estaba bueno. Hay variedad. Sólo estuvimos una noche, no podemos opinar de otros servicios como la piscina, gimnasio... No es un hotel con una decoración moderna, necesitaría una renovación en ese sentido pero como estaba cuidado y límpio tampoco es imprescindible. Como sugerencia podrían ofrecer agua, café o té de cortesía, la mayoría de hoteles de 4 estrellas lo hacen. Las amenities adecuadas. En la misma calle del hotel hay varios restaurantes para comer. Cerca a 5 minutos, hay una parada de metro que no te lleva directamente al estadio. Da un rodeo. El precio de la habitación elevado, dado que sube considerablemente al realizarse un concierto en esas fechas. Sólo tienes que seleccionar otras y podrás comprobarlo pero en todos los hoteles de los alrededores hacen lo mismo. ( Ley de la oferta y la demanda dicen que se llama...) En conclusión, si tu viaje es para asistir al Wanda Metropitano es una buena opción.

I forgot my neck travel pillow after I checked out of my room. When I remembered that I left it, I told the front desk about my situation. They attempted to go back to my room to see if I left it. I was told nothing was there and they would check in the lost and found and ask housekeeping. The front desk said nothing was there, and as well as housekeeping said they didn’t find anything. Which I know I left in the room. I had no use of my neck pillow while on vacation and I also left a traveling blanket in the room on purpose because it didn’t fit in my suitcase. I was also told that nothing was there. I know housekeeping took my pillow and blanket. Not helpful at all.

Great stay!! Very clean, and the pool is amazing to have access to. The bar food was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The Metro is very close to travel to Downtown Madrid.

Excelente atencion como siempre la unica observacion es que para el desayuno habia un grupo de turistas y acababan con la comida y no reponian para los demas huespedes pero todo muy bien

Quarto bom, com mobiliario e decoração antigos. Chuveiro fraco no 4o andar. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem poucas opções doces, mas o suco de laranja éfantástico. Metrô proximo, região segura.
