We went down for breakfast @ 9. They were out of almost everything and they didn’t offer to make extra eggs, bacon, sausage gravy. They said another group of people had eaten 3-4 plates of food and they ran out. This is unacceptable to me. Check out was at 11:00 why should I have to hurry down before the food runs out. They could have made more food and restricted those who had multiple plates.

Our experience was wonderful. We met Brittany at the front desk and absolutely loved her hospitality, patience, and kindness. She took the time to write down all the interesting places to visit, which we truly appreciated. The information and suggestions she provided were incredibly helpful in choosing the right places to explore and enjoy our trip. The hotel is very clean and offers excellent service. We love it!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed how unclean the property was. There was visible blood on the toilet in the lobby bathroom, and a large blood clot on the drain — absolutely unacceptable and alarming. The staff member I reported it to was apologetic, but the damage was already done. When I got to my room, the problems continued. The carpet had red stains, there was a strange odor, and hair all over the bathroom. The walls are extremely thin, so I could hear conversations and movement from surrounding rooms. Breakfast was disappointing — very limited options and the pancake machine was out of order. While the hotel is about 10 minutes from Polaris, which is convenient, the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.

Great college town hotel.

Room was clean & fairly comfortable; needed some repairs. Staff was PHENOMENAL! So friendly, funny and accommodating! Breakfast was fine - not great but not the worst. Area was convenient to our needs. Cannot stress enough - staff - ALL staff - made the stay!!!

I really liked our room, it was clean and got the job done. We only needed it to sleep.

Room booked for 4 ppl. Only 2 towels/washcloths. FYI you have to pay to park here. Neighborhood not the greatest.

Overall good experience. Our room wasnt available at 3pm... when we requested a 1pm check in time slot. Staff was very nice and the room was clean.

Our room was not ready until 5:15 pm. Check in was 4:00. Other people in the line checked in after me and got into their rooms right away.

Not the best place. The room is dated old with some mold. Staff is very awesome

Wd didn't feel safe even going inside. Appeared to be a high crime area, homeless on the property outside of the building. Then we read the reviews, and they were terrible. No wonder the rate was so cheap. We were willing to eat the cost and went elsewhere.

nice rooms, but you can hear the room next to you and people in the hallway. very thin walls.

Room was nice and cleaned on day 1. No housekeeping service for our 5 days stays, and Had to request for new towels. Bath soap was not enough in dispenser.

Staff in the evening on check in was nice and courteous. Staff in the morning wasn’t very friendly. The breakfast was limited and so was the snack area. Very limited soda and a some water was it. The area around this hotel did not appear safe and had several pan handlers around. The noise was beyond ridiculous. I had loud music playing outside my window on the 2nd floor until after 3:00 A.M. wouldn’t stay here again. Ridiculous for the price. Oh and forgot to mention broken toilets.
