Very nice stay for a couple of days. This hotel is on the higher end in comparison to other hotels in the area. However the amenities are great. The have a spa and a fitness center which I used a few times (very clean and up to date). The first floor is attached to a convention center so there is a lot of guests staying at hotel. There are also alot of restaurants attached to hotel. We tried the steak restaurant which was the best meal I had in Hamburg. Would definitely stay at hotel again.

Für ein 5*Hotel eher mittelmäßig. - lange Wartezeiten beim Ein- und Auschecken - Wellness-Bereich wurde kaum aufgeräumt - Parkplatz mit 32,- Euro unverhältnismäßig teuer - Dusche (im Zimmer) zu tief und verrutschender Duschkopf Positiv: - Wellness konnte vorm Einchecken genutzt werden - großes Zimmer - Dreibett-Zimmer möglich

Virkeligt lækker hotel, med den skønneste morgenmad og flere gode restauranter . Virkelig flot og velholdt, hjælpsomt personale og alt i høj standard. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Rekening klopte niet. Duurde heel lang. Nadien kregen we onsamenhangende uitleg.

Great breakfast , although not included in my room rate.friendly and helpful staff. I love this generously build hotel.

Safe in original room wasn't working, so was moved to another room. At breakfast, was challenged by staff as the room change hadn't been recorded correctly. Had breakfast interrupted to be taken to reception to prove to management that I was actually a guest. Humiliating. At checkout, I complained and the receptionist just shrugged. Awful experience. Ruined the stay.
