Great hotel, best views you could hope for across the bay. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

The hotel itself is nice, but they did not clean the pool when we made an appointment they had 3 hours before. We saw them cleaning it the next day for others. The restaurant delayed serving us for some reasons and many others were served first. Although the food was good. ***We are Black women travelors

We love everything was great except in the rooms they need darker curtains because at 5am sun light wake you up but out of that super thank you

This property was on a hill away from the city, a huge contrast which I appreciated

Great hotel, with fantastic & friendly staff.

The room had no curtains and only a thin cover. Therefore we woke up at 5am every morning due to this. There was also loud guests outside our room consistently which management never did anything about. Regarding the staff at the main check in desk, they were rude, unhelpful and condescending.

The staff was quite friendly and very professional. It was much appreciated.

Excellent stay. Super location with a great panorama. Extremely professional and kind all the people working there. I remember a young lady at the reception for her kindness and all the people working at the restaurant. Beyond my expectations.

The hotel beautifully furnished. Very clean. In a great location. Fabulous view. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Good selection of breakfast fare and restaurant food lovely.

I really enjoyed stay at this property and the view from the common areas and our room were spectacular!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit super Blick auf das Meer! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam und ungemein freundlich! Dafür sind die beiden Herren am Frühstücksbuffet alles andere als zuvorkommend! Die beiden Herren haben ihren Job verfehlt und sollten in keinem Dienstleistungsbereich arbeiten! Sonst war alles perfekt!

Staff were amazing. You’re paying for the view which is way worth it, the view is stunning. The staff did everything to make my stay great. No complaints.

Excellent view at the city and the Vesuvio. 15min walk to the metro station + 2 stops to the city center. Shops and restaurants / bars around the metro station. Rooms and bathrooms are nice. Furniture and bathroom are okay. Bed is very comfortable. Service and friendliness es excellent. Everybody from the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast for 8€ is excellent. Bread, cereal, local pastries, local cheese specialties, coffee, cakes, multiple warm food options (eggs, meatballs, sausage,...), fruit,...

Only critique was the cost for the pre-arranged ride to the Port, which was twice as expensive as a taxi. Felt taken advantage of.
