Great city centre place for a break

Helpful staff in reception and bar Great location Been here before and will come again

Had trouble with the out dated door room keys had to change and get fixed 4 times git a bit beyond a joke

Friendly staff, convenient location, would recommend. I wouldn't recommend the car park, very tight.

Check in easy and quick room clean and tody and beds very comfy would recommend this hotel to anyone

Close to the train and shopping area. Property is clean and spacious.

From a warm welcome to and smart well equipped room, we couldn’t ask for more. Drinks and food very reasonable in the soap factory downstairs.

weekend stay in Leeds, Novotel is well located for the city centre, has an underground car park, is very nicely appointed. Excellent breakfast

Will be a good option to leave drinking water in the rooms

The lobby and external surroundings of this hotel is lovely as I expected, however the room we stayed in was just average. Straight away noticed hair in the carpet suggesting the room had not thoroughly been cleaned. The TV didn’t work properly which was very frustrating. The parking was quite expensive and it was quite compact and narrow too which was not great. Wouldn’t really stay again.

Hotel is not to far from The Railway Station. There are Two Entrances I found Hotel check in was easy. and Receptionist was Polite. Two Lifts which you did not have to swipe you Key Card in. Room was very nice Warm Nice Bathroom with Separate Toilet. Large TV. and could get the BBC red Button News and sport on. There was a sofa and two chairs. a plenty of workspace. And a place for your Suitcase. And a Brilliant large picture on the wall behind the Bed of Like a Swiss Train going over a bridge in the forest. Breakfast was good Lots of choices. The hot food was warm. The Fried eggs looks like they had cooked too many for that early in the morning. Two coffee Machines and Various Tea Bags. Two Toasters which took a while Thick White and Brown Bread and some to slice yourself, Frit Juices, Some slice Meat rolls about 4 different types, Muffins and Danish Pastry's. The standard Fresh Fruit which comes Bought in. The staff again very nice. I was here for a Gig at the Brudenell Social Club. so £6.10 in a taxi from the Brudenell gave Driver a tenner. So would stay again.

The hotel is located near the railway station and city centre , you can visit the city easily.

Good location, room very nice, food not great based on our group of 6 people with only 1 person enjoyed their meal,

I was allocated an accessible room which I wasn't keen due to the walk in shower. I raised it and was changed to a superior room which I appreciated.
