Location and staff were great

Frokost var ikke bra. Ingen ferskt brød og kalde pannekaker, samt lite utvalg av pålegg. Fine store rom med gode senger. Minus på rommet var at toalett var på eget rom uten håndvask. Med andre ord måtte du åpne og lukke døra uten å vaske hendene.

The car park had plenty of spaces when we arrived at about 12.15 on a saturday. It was easy to pay when we were leaving. Our room was ready and the reception team let us check in early which was really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd requested a travel cot in the room and really appreciated that this had been seen and the cot was ready before we arrived. We had breakfast the next morning - we went about 8am and it was quiet, it got more busy as we were leaving. The staff were constantly cleaning up and replenishing the food. Our 3rd stay here and we'll definitely be back next time we visit Leeds

Nice hotel with parking. quick & easy check in. Good sized, quiet room. Had iron & board which was good. My only issue was no bottled water or biscuits provided in the room, which I’ve found is standard in most hotels

Reception staff especially Shona and Manager Joanne, provided the best customer service ever, on both arrival and at departure.

The hotel overall was nice. The lady who checked me in was really friendly. Overall everything seemed clean except for the stains on the carpet in my room. I did notice the traffic outside but it didn’t keep me awake. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge available in the room and, if you needed it, an ironing board and a hairdryer.

Room is good but there is no bathtub, unfortunately !

Stayed for 2 nights in superior rooms and have to say I was impressed. Rooms are very nice and quite modern. Plenty room and lovely comfy bed. The bathroom appeared quite new too. The hotel location and rooms mean I will defo be returning. 5 minute walk from the train station, what’s not to like.

Great convenient parking right at the hotel, £18 for 24 hours and then £1 for each extra hour. Reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Room was good apart from a couple of bits of rubbish found underneath the bed that hadn’t been cleaned.

A very organised welcoming hotel, very friendly staff all very friendly and will help as much as possible with any questions. A good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area.Would recommend to stay and have a enjoyable time.

Second time stay for leisure purposes. Given the option to check in online 24hrs earlier, which led to a speedy check in and room was ready for our arrival at 14.30hrs. Comfortable room (standard), noted to have no bin liners in bins provided in room which isn't very hygienic, separate WC to bathroom which had no vanity basin, so if someone was in the bathroom you could not wash your hands. Comfortable bed, clean, room not very sound proofed as we could hear guests conversations in the corridor late at night. Breakfast was plentiful, although there was a delay in waiting for the hot items to be restocked, staff waiting on were friendly and helpful and arranged for an omelette to be cooked fresh to order, from the kitchen. Paid for 24hrs parking in the hotel for £18. Spaces were a bit tight as its situated underneath the hotel but good value for leeds centre. Overall a pleasant stay and the minor issues wouldn't put us off from staying again

Quick check in friendly staff lovely rooms and excellent buffet breakfast. Close to railway station.
