This place was “fine” for a quick one night stay on our roadtrip. The bathroom in our room had filthy walls and shower.

Good morning, I generally don’t go out of my way to complain to corporate in reference to faulty accommodations, or lack there of, but I felt that I needed to bring this to your attention. We stayed at the Flagler Inn Palm Coast, this hotel had doors that slammed the entire night. I’m talking about every person that entered the door slammed, every person that left the room door was slammed! The door should be replaced, the strikes are not working! My husband worked 20 years as a national sales manager for steel door, servicing hotels . It was awful, uncomfortable stay! I don’t even know why we stayed there for the entire week, but we did. I would really appreciate if somebody could address this and refund my money as this is not a place that I would recommend we’ve we’ve stayed at other best westerns in Venice, Fl and we’ve had excellent service this was by far not what we expected. The staff was courteous, but that’s about the only thing that was good there, thank you for your attention. Harry & Irene Lewis

Staff were friendly, but property was rundown. Breakfast was not great.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was on top of her game. Quiet, close to the highway but far enough from everything to be quiet.

Room cleaning service was sub par, the guest laundry was out of service, the breakfast bar was average and the pool was ice cold. On the plus side, the front desk stall were very courteous and made an effort to correct anything in their power.

Sehr entspannes Hotel. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider hört man die Interstate 95 etwas, was je nach Zimmer stören kann. Uns störte es nicht und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Nice clean room

Great staff. We like the location of the property easy to go to Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach and Daytona. Also easy lunch run to St. Augustine. Property is clean but cna use some updating of rooms. Close walking to food services. Great price point!

Stayed 5 days. Had to ask for towels, floor was never vacuumed, garbage cans not emptied, beds not made and never changed the sheets.

Dog friendly, very quiet. Great parking, free full breakfast, terrific staff and clean, comfortable, updated rooms. Good value. I would stay here again. Convenient to the Flagler beach area.
