Clean and excellent service.

White oak hotel it’s the perfect getaway for a family or a couple that wants to relax for a weekend outside de city. Love it

We love coming here for an escape. Great location with the premium outlets and their facilities are amazing.

The hotel staff were lovely and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. My complaints are about the noisy air conditioner that never turned off and the extra large pillows that are very uncomfortable. The restaurants were great and service is top notch.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to.

My expectations of a 5-star are higher. This hotel looks like a 4-star. Good and nice tho. The restaurant Liv was really bad.

Our room was quiet, clean and well appointed. The staff were courteous and accommodating. Both versions of the eggs Benny were excellent. The grounds are very attractive. I thoroughly enjoyed my early morning walk around the gardens. The hot tub and pool were nice. It was an enjoyable stay!

This place is wonderful! Spa, tennis, squash, beautiful pool I could keep going. Our room was cleaned every day - early! The location is excellent and the restaurants are top notch. Mr Andre the concierge master will treat you like royalty. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely place to stay.

Staff were amazing and welcoming, we had an amazing time at the spa. Hotel was clean. Parking onsite was great. Spent time at the mall and enjoyed access to some quick food places. Hotel rooms were dated and in need of some repair.

Amazing hotel. The manageress was incredible. She was alerted to the fact I was upset by a personal situation that happened to me & made it very clear she was there if I needed her for anything - made me feel very safe

Pool is as under repair and not advised of before arrival. Hot tub was tepid and not up to the rest of property. Hotel is fine. Staff were great and very helpful.

Overall the hotel and property are well maintained. Staff are very professional and helpful. Very cozy and would definitely stay again. Nice to have restaurants on site as well.

End to end always an enjoyable experience at the White Oaks.

We had two rooms and asked for them to be connected if possible and they were. Any communication we had with the hotel staff before and during our stay there was friendly. Checking in and out was a simple process. We didn't use many amenities as we were busy exploring outside of the hotel area, but we did use the pool once and the whole pool area was clean and tidy. It's in a useful area with an outlet mall, Mcdonalds and Starbucks across the street and a 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls.

No outdoor pool ,

The room we got was so dated. I couldn’t even see myself in the mirrors because it was so dark. Some of the rooms that’s are family stayed at were so beautifully renovated and we paid the same amount so that was very disappointing. The staff are nice and very friendly

All the staff were amazing and very helpful, our only complaint was trying to get a hold of the concierge who never seem to be at his desk
