I was a bit disappointed with our room. We were travelling with a group of friends and our rooms were quite different. My room specifically had a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 90’s. The bathtub and toilet were so old that they were a beige colour, and our vanity was an old laminate that was chipped all over and was recalled way too many times. Some of the rooms that my friends had seemed to be renovated, so I wasn’t happy with having spent the same amount for a room that wasn’t renovated while theirs were. We paid $400/ night for a long weekend. The service was excellent though.

We stayed for our anniversary, staff were very attentive and acknowledged our occasion repeatedly. Restaurant was excellent with great service.

Nice, clean room. Excellent dining at Play Bar and the Starbucks at Grow was super convenient. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym and pool but looked like nice facilities. Would stay here again.

Had a wonderful staff. The hotel, amenities, dining and staff were all excellent.

The guest service was excellent. However, breakfast buffet at LIV and dinner at play bar and grill restaurants were subpar. Need to improve the variety and flavour.
