Very close to U1 and U2, so easy public transport acces to the main metro lines

The room appeared to be recently refurbished. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

All was great, very helpful staff, great breakfast. Not fond of the soap. No conditioner in the shower.

Lovely two night stay. Old school hotel with wood panelling in reception and breakfast room. Guest Rooms were perfect with everything you need. Great breakfast. Reception staff very helpful. Everything easily accessible, had it not been for rain we’d probably walked to most places from the hotel.

Clean, comfortable,welcoming

Great hotel. The rooms are small, but comfortable. Parking is challenging as we had to park about 700 meters away, but it all worked out well since we just left the car for two days and walked (or took public transportation which is extremely convenient in Vienna) everywhere.

I stayed at this hotel several times before. The cost is getting more expensive. This is a problem.

Such a classic hotel, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay, completely faultless. It is in great walking distance to some of the underground stations so easy to get around the city.

The rooms are a little small, but the staff are friendly and it's easy to get to the surrounding tourist spots. The fact that it's close to the subway and train stations is also a plus. 部屋は少し狭いですが、スタッフの対応が良く、周辺観光地にもアクセスしやすいです。地下鉄・鉄道の駅にも近いのがポイント。

A good hotel in a great location. Good service. Breakfast has changed since we were last there in 2015 but I think COVID and Inflation changed a lot. Still a good place to stay for price, breakfast and location

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. My only critique is I found the bed too firm. We loved that you could open windows. Easy to take u bahn everywhere.

Excellent service with very friendly helpful staff. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport by train and it was very easy to the centre of Vienna on the U bahn. The room was immaculate and quiet, courtyard side. Plenty of restaurants nearby which is important as the hotel does not serve evening meals.
