Tråkigt hotell med ett hemskt rum utan fönster att se ut på staden och snedtak vilket gjorde att man inte kunde stå rakt. Personalen var inte hjälpsam.

因為我母親在我訂完房後央求加入行程，我已經定了這趟兩週的旅程的所有飯店，因此我一封封寫信去問飯店，薩爾斯堡拉瑟霍夫飯店當時回覆我沒問題，也不需要加費用，但到了現場後，他才發現他誤讀了我的訊息，當場不願意給，僵持了一段時間，因為他堅持我也有錯—我錯在看到他的訊息資訊是錯的應該糾正他，但我是客人，我怎麼會知道飯店的訊息是正確與否？我在其他家飯店問，都沒有出現這個問題。我覺得他們不願意認了自己的疏忽，對身為顧客的我而言，覺得非常不認同這樣的服務態度跟危機處理的能力

Purtroppo la camera al nostro arrivo era molto sporca. Siamo rimasti molto delusi. In più abbiamo pagato 10 euro per il parcheggio che da prenotazione ce lo dava compreso nel prezzo.

Virkelig dårlig modtagelse i receptionen gammelt og nedslidt hotel mangler opgradering. Så dårligt til prisen, vi kan bo på et firestjernet hotel til samme pris. Morgenmaden er virkelig dårlig, og personalet render rundt som om de kommer udefra

Ligger lidt ide fra centrum, er meget slidt og morgenmaden var meget simpel.

This hotel is a bit far from old town to walk all the time if you plan to do a lot of things there, but catching the bus was great. The 22 picks up closest. The a/c was on the weak side, but for the price I'm glad I got any a/c.

Excelente hotel, cerca de la ciudad y con muy buena atención. Parking incluido y desayuno completo.

The hotel was great and most of the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of the young woman who checked me in and offered no useful information. The room itself was lovely, quiet, and clean. I regretted pre-paying for the breakfast as the food is not great and lacks an espresso maker, a staple in nearly every other hotel in Europe. I skipped it on my subsequent mornings in search of better food nearby.

The worst part is the staff: not polite, not helpfull. Specially the front desk sênior.

Reception did not tell us how to access the building, and the door was locked before the posted hours of 10pm. A stranger even tried to help us with the key and there was no luck, she managed to call one of the German phone numbers to get the building unlocked. The property itself was fine, it was conveniently located but the staff were very negligent on this part.

Clean but the hotel is quite old. Need upgrades.

Wir waren nur sehr kurz im Hotel. Aber es war sauber und ist sehr praktisch zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Altstadt gelegen.

Breakfast was great however on check in the staff advised where to have breakfast but did not indicate that it had to be paid for, we assumed it was included in our room rate only to find out on checkout when we were given the bill
