The pool and waterslide was fun, hot tub hot. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and had so many options. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and convenient for travellers.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Pool is WAY too cold. No vanilla waffle batter when I went for breakfast and when asked staff merely said it looks like the bowl is empty. Staying again in three nights, will see how it is.

The curtains are electric and would not open, I had to climb on a chair to flip it open, they let the light in, so are not blackout curtains. I asked them to come fix the curtains and they sent a staff member who did not know how to fix them. We could not open them unless I climbed up and stuffed them up to hold them open. Nightmare. The breakfast is not good at all. The coffee lacks flavor. Very disappointing. We travel a lot and will never go back.

The room looked OK, but it just didn't "feel" clean. Same with the hallways, common areas and the parking area.

Spacious clean suite. Quiet room. Waterskied and breakfast.

The Coffee Maker in the Room did not work at all. I was awake at 4:30 to 5:30 am due to people above me stomping on the floor for over an hour and didn't stop. I had the worse sleep ever and I was there in town for work too, not a vacation it was a tough next day! Not sure if I would go back to this hotel.

Well run hotel. Situated on quiet street with restaurants and gas near by. Nice pool and well equipped fitness room. Breakfast is OK.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Kamloops. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is clean and modern, and our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was average, with a mix of hot and cold options. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the highway, and parking was simple. Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to stay. We would definitely come back!
