Food was very good. Bar is a little slow. Will definitely go back.

Food was great at both restaurants. Atmosphere was good. Views were great facing the ocean. Staff was friendly and bar servers and restaurants servers were great! The key is to tip them and you get great customers service. Only thing i would have liked if they had at least two more restaurants.

Too many gustes not enough staff member to meet demand

This property is worn down. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Great location, only reason we chose this one over the sunset. The food was good and staff were kind. Pueblo bonito, treat your staff better. Suite service is understaffed and overworked.

It was really nice

This property has a breath taking view from the balcony of my room! This includes the ocean, palm trees, pool, cruise ship and the unique architecture of this resort. Every day when I woke up, I would sit in the balcony and admire the beautiful view. I feel that is unreal! This is the best view I had ever seen! The breakfast buffet in Rose is wonderful. The dinner is alright. The vegetables didn’t cooked enough and kind of raw. Such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and potatoes. But the other two restaurants in blanco are better. I enjoyed to eat at cilantro’s. You can sit with ocean view. It is very nice! The restaurants in Sunset are much better. You can go there buy free shuttle every one hour and very convenient. In conclusion, this is a wonderful place to stay. We want to be back again!

This was our first time to Pueblo Bonito and absolutely loved it. The room was a little dated and could use a deep cleaning on the floors and in corners of floors. The service was awesome, especially Gerardo at the pool. Food was amazing as well. We plan on coming back to stay next year.

I liked how clean our rooms and the whole hotel was. Servers were mostly good but I think they could use some help at the bar, I've been at several hotels and this one was the first one I've had to wait more than 10 minutes for a drink.

The staff were great and the environment was fun for our family. We had a great time on our first visit to Cabo.

The VIP access from Expedia worked really well. We got a great upgrade to a 2 bedrooms, along with 90$ credit that we used to get grilled Red snapper fish at the beach. The staff is very friendly, the hotel could be even better if it was updated, however it might become more expensive.

Great staff. Great food. The first day getting in you may have trouble finding chairs as they fill up in the morning.

Everything was perfect except and enjoy it. Just when we decide to do some activities with Felipe that we got a fake bills after we had paid him for an excursions. If you want people to return don’t have these type of people work there.

Wonderful and worry free. There was a leak from the bathroom ceiling when we first got to our room. I called the front desk and they had someone come to our room within 15 minutes to fix the leak. Very responsive! Very happy!

The Service staff on the beach was the best part of the hotel. Each server happy to help us and always quick and attentive. The buffet staff was not very friendly when trying to get a food 20mins before closing. There aren’t any place you can go to through out the day to grab a quick bite. So the only option is buffet and then room service. The rooms are too small for double beds. Couldn’t get into the closet because the beds were too tight.

Overall, we loved our stay at PB Blanco. Food was great, service was excellent, location was excellent. Loved the quick access to the beach. The pool was relaxing and fun. Workout room had all the things I needed for a quick workout. Location is close enough to walk to Walmart if you need to. We walked the beach and the street to the marina several times. I loved our extra large terrace. My kids loved the all inclusive option. We did have to wait nearly 90 minutes for the sushi restaurant so arrive early for that. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so if you have an early morning excursion, there are no to-go options for breakfast, which was an bummer. After reading reviews, I was worried about the beds. I found them to be just fine. We do have 3 kids so our oldest slept on the fold out couch, which wasn’t great. The rooms and in-room furniture are dated, showing definite signs of wear. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the sand tracked in by my kids at bay. We did find a dead roach in our bathroom. Not unexpected for the climate but gross nonetheless. I would stay here again.

Love the Pueblo bonito resorts. The Blanco need a refresh rooms are old outdated. My bed was broken they were drilling something next door every morning. Finally asked to change rooms. Same outdated room as my prior one. Up the bed wasn’t broken. Beautiful views and restaurants are great. But would stay next door at the Rose much nicer rooms.

This all-inclusive resort is ideally located just steps from the beach and boasts a beautiful, well-maintained pool. A unique highlight is the presence of live flamingos, fishes and iguanas. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. While the hotel is older, it is very well maintained and retains a welcoming atmosphere. The food is different from what we’ve experienced at other all-inclusives—more Mexican-inspired than American—but we always found something delicious and never went hungry. One thing to note: you need to check in with the hostess before being seated for meals. We didn’t know about this on our first day, which caused some confusion, but it was smooth sailing once we understood the system. Overall, it’s a unique and enjoyable place to stay by the ocean. We’ll be back.
