There is a reason why I stay here EVERY time I drop off, pickup or visit my daughter at AU. Excellent service, comfortable rooms and a pretty good breakfast.

Great manager but her team is slacking. Tub stopped up. Housekeeping should have seem this and report dnsi it was fixed before my husband was knee deep in water that wouldn't drain. Not as clean as it should be and breakfast burned. Breakfast attendant used to be nice. Now she has an attitude.

Water pressure in the shower was great. Beds were extremely comfortable and loved having 4 pillows to each queen bed. AC was great and easily managed. Wife loved the access to fresh ground coffee 24/7. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Great location, close to Interstate and close to plenty of restaurants nearby around campus…staff was awesome

Property is located in a good location near Wal Mart and several restaurants. It does have a small pool with very little shade. The room was laid out ok but had a musty smell, probably because the A/C fan was running on high. The A/C temp read low on the unit. We had to turn it down pretty low to be comfortable. The king bed was a standard hard hotel bed. We left before breakfast was ready. All in all, good location and decent price.

Clean, well maintained

Hotel was in a good location near our visit area. Air conditioner was very loud during the night while trying to sleep. When the compresser came on it made a loud roaring noise.

Bathroom was small but the room was clean and comfortable

The room was hot in the AC wouldn't work properly. The pillows were not soft, therefore getting sleep for me and my significant other was difficult.

Great location, five min to campus. Comfortable and quiet inside. Beds were awesome and the shower water pressure was fantastic. Lots of small touches that made this a really nice stay.

Everything about auburn holiday inn express was phenomenal the staff the cleanliness the room it was amazing I’d definitely stay again!

Hotel was nice and clean plenty of space in our room only thing that was bad the pool was dirty but besides that everything else is great

Very friendly staff

The staff was friendly. The elevator needs some tlc. My room was clean for the most part but there was hair all over the place in the bathroom. Not sure why staff did not clean the bathroom better. I didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment. Good stay.

Needs some updating. My child was sad the pool wasn’t working. Air conditioner is very loud and kept us up. Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was kind.
