Allt var bra, men frukosten och menyn kunde haft större variation och innehåll.

O Hotel tem ótimas instalações, estacionamento, e pareceu muito limpo e bem cuidado. Único ponto negativo é que, ao que parece, tentaram economizar com o gasto de energia, e o ar condicionado não era suficiente para deixar o quarto em uma temperatura agradável, mesmo quando regulsdo na temperatura mínima. Apenas por este detalhe (muito importante, pois nos causou desconforto), não teve uma nota excelente.

La estancia y todo lo referente a las instalaciones del hotel muy bien. Lo que resulta inaceptable, y estoy en vías de reclamación a través de los abogados de FACUA, es que la empresa con la que contraté el hotel (HOTELES. COM) se niegue a proporcionarme la obligatoria factura alegando algo tan absurdo como que aplican la ley de Estados Unidos donde no se factura con IVA y por lo tanto no me pueden hacer la factura. No haré más comentarios a esto porque serán los abogados de FACUA los que se pondrán en contacto con ustedes. Una vergüenza que incumplan la legislación vigente tan descaradamente y nos desprecien a los consumidores. Al parecer soy el único cliente en toda España que necesita una factura legal (no un recibo) para justificar los gastos

Sehr laut wegen Renovierungsarbeiten, wir wurden nicht vor Anreise darüber informiert. Der einzige Gepäckwagen stand bei Abreise nicht zur Verfügung, da damit Baumaterialien transportiert wurden.

Great stay with good access to city and airport

Good

The hotel was cheap, clean and basic. But it was nowhere near old town or even the port - in fact it was a good 25 minute walk, and I wouldn’t like to walk back on my own. There was no kettle in the room, no wifi and no air con. The towels were changed every day and the staff were friendly, but I would rather have had wifi and reused my towels. The walls are paper thin, the main road is noisy, the place is still being refurbed so a bit tatty, and the fire door to the stairs (rather than use the slow lift) was continually locked which I’d suggest was a fire hazard. So while it’s cheap, you might want to pay a bit more for some basic amenities!

A hotel that’s under renovation and it absolutely needs it. Cheap. That’s about where it ends tbh. The TV had teletext!!! Massive upgrade taking place so the place is a bit of a dive at present. Am sure in time it will be decent. Location is good, slightly out of the city centre but handy for the train and bus station.

Muy bien todo en general,

On the first night we were given ground floor room I don’t sleep the all night ! Constant noise from the road , cars motorbikes plus some young group next door to us constantly shouting and screaming across the corridor. I have asked for change the room next day. The 2 nd floor was bit better but still very noisy ! Addition to that it was very hot the air con doesn’t work . And when we open the window, noise from the road was unbearable. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel . I should ask for some money back !
