I like the location.

We came to Aberdeen for a soccer tournament. The room was clean and so was the hotel. The breakfast was great and the staff kept it stocked up. The pool area was perfect for al of our kids with ages from 2-10.

Staff were great and friendly, helped me with my troubles from expedia even though they didn't have to. Breakfast was great as well! 😊 Good job!

Hot tub is down....

We had ny daughters birthday party there. They moved our room without me asking so we were closer to the pool. The manager and employees were very nice. Great customer service!

This hotel is run down. There are broken floor tiles and chips in wood doors, cupboards, etc. the pool water was murky - a child wearing goggles in the pool said it was foggy when she was under water; there was rust all over the staircase up to the top of the slide. I would not stay here again.

This was one of our best stays in Aberdeen yet. My party consists of my wife and 5-year old daughter. The pool area is perfect for kids - we certainly enjoyed the slide and the overall size of this space was great. The pool is showing some signs of wear and tear and it can get a bit crazy at times depending on the number of folks utilizing the space. We experience a rough birthday party of boys that made the experience less than desirable at times. Our room was spacious and clean - exactly what we needed. Having breakfast was excellent although the attendant in charge was often overwhelmed and generally didn't have the disposition required for such a high stress environment. Food was standard hotel breakfast fair and we were happy that Coffee shops were located so close for additional coffee options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling with kids for a weekend getaway to Storybook Land. It was nice having an indoor pool option to get away from the summer heat.

Thè room was spotless. The employess were very helpful. There was a delicious breakfast in the morning with a very friendly lady working it. The kids really enjoyed the pool even though it needed some maintenance. We had a Great stay!

The rooms were good, but found a liquer bottle in the drawer. Pool area was horrible, rust and green algea growing. Hot tub was like taking a warm bath and the jets didn't work.

The pool area needs renovation, it smelled horrible and was dirty.

The pool area was a let down. Rusty metal and smelled really bad. Mold or something on walls of pool area.
