Breakfast was cold. Said there was bacon but was biscuits and gravy. Hot tub was a warm tub.

Heather was so helpful during check in. She even got us a wheelchair because my husband was injured.

Rooms we booked already had occupants so i cannot speak on comfort of rooms.

The room that i reserved on the internet wasnt the room i got.

Breakfast was great. Pool area is in need of some work. Hot tub jet timer didn’t work and the 2nd hot tub was out of order. The supports for the slide were very rusty and made me unsure of the integrity.

Have stayed here multiple times. Always clean and neat. Good location. Kids love the pool.

Everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is the lights get the lights either fixed or in the corner of ours put a lightbulb in it.

Great property and excellent stay! Found out second day TV didn’t work. Was not in room long enough to matter.

The air wasn't working the best in our room so it was hot and muggy. I feel the room wasn't the cleanest, had a funky smell.

Staff were very friendly :)

Everything was good about the hotel except I had a 100lb cooler and the elevator was broke and we had to haul it up 2 flights of stairs. It's not necessarily the hotel's fault and things happen but it was a fairly large inconvenience.

Weekend family trip but the pool area was over crowded and the chlorine smell was so strong it burned your eyes and triggered an asthma flare up.

The staff were extremely helpful and always couteous. It is located in a great location.

We stayed in the King size jet tub suite with our 2 children and had so much fun! The room was clean and updated. I would say the only thing it needs a larger TV for the room.

Was expensive for the stay. Room was so-so, alot of dirty walls. The pool was a mosh pit. The manager did come in and sort things out. Almost all the lights were out in the pool area. Doors were open random people would come in and think it was a party zone. Paper thin walls. Rooms are now dated compared to other hotels in the area! Water slide is a lot of fun but rust is setting in everywhere, paint chips stick to your feet. The staff on day time was new, but helpful! Nighttime lady was great helping us get a new towel and toothbrush. The manger on duty both days was A+
