Clean comfy room, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Very convenient if you live in the regions and have a Westmead hospital appointment. But the room could use more power points.

Easy parking and fast check in. Staff were very friendly. The bathroom was not completed cleaned; I found contact lenses on bathroom floor and hair on sink and in shower. The drains in the bathroom need updating and in my father’s room the drain under the sink was broken and looked like a bit of a hazard if you got your toe stuck.

We stayed in room 113, it was very clean.Bed very comfortable

Room was clean however the pillows and bed need replacing. The A/C is too loud and needs updating. I have stay here before and had previous trouble with A/C in rooms.

basic rooms... a bit old

Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. At checkout I was advised that extended parking up to 12 noon was free and that after 12 noon the cost was $6 per hour. Three different rates including two from stsff persons. Not good enough.

Nice standard room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but the rooms weren't great. The air conditioning worked fine, but the room was smelly. I wouldn't know if it was the air conditioning filters or the old curtain/carpets. The bedsheets in my room had two small blood stains.

Facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking was suitable for 'tall' vehicles.
