Location good. Room small. Bathroom ok. There was a kettle in the room which was a pleasant surprise. No recycling options. Breakfast disappointing with limited options and empty baskets. A few slices of white bread and one lonely croissant. Positives; good location for city centre, short walk to the Duomo.

Booked an upgraded double room, got a very small room as they got our booking mixed up with someone else, who them got our room, when we went to leave they said our car was ready for pick up, had to wait another 20-30 mins for them to keep telling us the bus boy was here for payment, never saw him, just paid at the desk (which we weren't told was something we could do) and just left

Room lovely, equipped with all the essentials. Washroom lovely. Breakfast on the basic side. But otherwise location ideal, property clean and adequate.

Bonito hotel, cómodo y muy limpio

Friendly staff that were very helpful. Small hotel within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. Ten minute walk to the train station (and tram to the airport). Overall, I would gladly stay again.

Excellent location

Great!! I had the king bed with balcony. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. All amemities and mini bar free. Great service from the lady that speak English. Balcony view was awesome.

It was the fantastic place. I love the room condition. Very cozy and well cleaned. The breakfast is also very nice and delicious. We can take all famous places within 7~10 min by walk.
