Stay here a lot for work around limerick and shannon. Good location and facilities for Gym and swim etc

Good base for working in Shannon or Limerick areas. Clean and good food

We loved our stay here recently. Lobby and public spaces are clean and updated and all staff were SO helpful! I booked the “family room” and loved it!! I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking. We checked in during the later evening and my kids were sad to learn that the pool area is not available to children after 7pm. We had to pivot and my family spent a good deal of time with the animals in the back and it was one of the highlights of our time here! So many animals to check out!! I highly suggest a walk through the space! We added on the breakfast and it was a great offering of breakfast items from a traditional Irish breakfast to pancakes, fruit parfait and freshly squeezed juices! We really enjoyed the meal. The rooms felt a little outdated or maybe just in need of a freshen up. We had issues with our toilet not flushing which can be a challenge when traveling in general let alone with two small children. Overall I would stay here again as my family had a great experience and it was close to Bunratty Castle which is what we were in town to explore.

Decent average hotel for an overnight stay but not at the price

Based myself here for business trip. Easy access and parking for car. Comfortable and good food.

Room needs updating for the price I paid

Great hotel on very large green space property. Great saff with a fantastic pub and great restaurant! I loved the spa! We will stay again! Comfy and well appointed rooms.

Hotel and room were really nice, spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Park was a nice touch as my 4 year old daughter was staying with me but it was bit muddy. Food wasn't the best, it was average but I would stay again. Overall I enjoyed my time there.

Receptionist was very aggressive and abrupt when all I asked for was a invoice for the room and told me I can’t have one yet every other INUA collection hotel has given me one very disappointing

Nice room a bit dated

Bad experience overall, parking was a joke, cars abandoned in the car park as there was a Santa party on. Staff didn’t feel experienced enough especially when ordering dinner. Quality of food was poor

The hotel was decorated for Christmas & looked lovely, the room was clean & comfy & had everything we needed. The staff were particularly friendly & cheerful

Room looked old and sad. Very sad & disappointing. Staff was nice. Even restaurant service was good. But room was depressing.

The service was amazing. The staff very friendly and professional. The brooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely look at this property in the future.
