Best staff around

Hotel and room were really nice, spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Park was a nice touch as my 4 year old daughter was staying with me but it was bit muddy. Food wasn't the best, it was average but I would stay again. Overall I enjoyed my time there.

Receptionist was very aggressive and abrupt when all I asked for was a invoice for the room and told me I can’t have one yet every other INUA collection hotel has given me one very disappointing

Nice room a bit dated

Bad experience overall, parking was a joke, cars abandoned in the car park as there was a Santa party on. Staff didn’t feel experienced enough especially when ordering dinner. Quality of food was poor

The hotel was decorated for Christmas & looked lovely, the room was clean & comfy & had everything we needed. The staff were particularly friendly & cheerful

Room looked old and sad. Very sad & disappointing. Staff was nice. Even restaurant service was good. But room was depressing.

The service was amazing. The staff very friendly and professional. The brooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely look at this property in the future.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und bietet eine gute Anbindung an die Umgebung von Limerick. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft selbst hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind stark abgenutzt, die Fernseher sind keine Smart-TVs und der WLAN-Empfang in den Räumen im Untergeschoss ist schlecht. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Bad ist akzeptabel, könnte aber besser sein.

Great location close to Shannon Airport.

The room was spacious and comfortable. But the hallway needs some updating. The hallway carpet was old and worn out. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food and service were excellent.

This was our favorite hotel by far on our 2 week stay in Ireland.

Location perfect for the occasion; staff professional and quality food.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Beautiful place!
