I love that it was close to all the historical things. Very easy to get a Lyft. Staff were excellent! Very happy with our stay. Felt very safe. You have to use your room key to go up the elevator.

Room was on the small size. All else was good

Everything was great. Centrally located.

The area wasn't safe to walk around. The immediate area just outside the hotel smelled like urine. The door in the bathroom was way too large, you could barely get in and out without touching the shower or toilet. The shower has a half-glass, so the bathroom floor gets all wet when you shower and you freeze in there even if the water is hot. You have to request your call 30-45 minutes for valet. The room was not aesthetically pleasing, with the bathroom sink outside the bathroom. Painted red vents for IDK what made me feel like I'm in an industrial building rather thatn on vacation. Access to the hotel is horrible if you're driving. We didn't even walk to Reading Terminal Market because of all the homeless or sketchy-looking people. I could hear sirens, loud music, and honking from the street. If I could do it all over again, I'd stay in the Old City area. This hotel was not cheap and I can't believe Marriott put their name on this. The staff was great though!

Lot of noise from running water in other rooms. Bed for Third person not prepared.

We had a great one night stay- the room was very spacious and had full kitchen appliances. The included breakfast had great variety and the hotel is in a perfectly central location. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel doesn’t have all amenities due the structure of the building. This building does not have an ice machine for each for Floor like most hotels

Petit déjeuner buffet un peu limité en choix. La salle à manger vieillotte par rapport au reste de l'hotel, chaises poisseuses quand on les saisit, assises défoncées.

I'm an old timer who stayed at your hotel cause there was nothing closer to my 70th reunion at u of Penn (hated the outrageous prices), anyway why was the breakfast scaled back on Monday (no sausage, muffins, etc), everything else was perfect

We came to Philadelphia for the first time for a concert and to do some sightseeing. The hotel is perfectly located and walking distance to all the highlights the city has to offer. The staff was friendly and gave us a lot of great recommendations. The room was clean and comfy.
