The room walls were dented and banged up, the bed was clean, however I wish there were thicker blankets on the bed. There were damages to multiple surfaces around the room and in the shower. It needs some TCL, the staff were very friendly and helpful

Very noisy from highway. Coffee maker was disgusting. Breakfast bar was just coffee. Convenient to dining.

The bed was comfortable the bathroom shower pressure was low, the walls and doors wasn't cleaned.

The first room we were assigned would not open, even with the master key. Room was pretty nice, but the bathroom door was awful-paint peeling, dirty. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. Otherwise, it was fine

Mattresses were very lumpy room was needing to be upgraded bathroom facilities very old very low to the floor sink leaking into the floor hotels.com advertises breakfast, but there was no breakfast of any kind

Easy to find, convenient location. It needs to be updated and several things needed to be fix but overall it was ok. Not great but not bad.

The manager is extremely helpful and very pleasant and very professional. Enjoyed staying

Average and fair price for category. No frills minimal services. Very nice Mexican restaurant across the street. Front desk were friendly and welcoming. I have no problem staying here again. You will have to drive for breakfast fare. Overall, what you expect. In a well traveled city street with little to no foot traffic.

The room had a bad odor and wasn't very clean.

If my room was not dusty or full of gnats it would have been a wonderful stay. The front desk night service was very polite and a very sweet lady. She checked us in timely. It was over all a good place to get sleep if u are tired...

Hair everywhere. It is like someone shaved a cat in the sink and shower.

The lobby was closed and we checked into a window in a dark hall. Fruit cup only available for breakfast. Coffee was terrible. Rooms very outdated. Was supposed to have 3 double beds but one was a twin. Bathtub was stained and drain was plugged with hair. The main door wasn’t sealed- could see daylight around it. Beds made with a sheet and very thin top that resembled a shower curtain. Pillows were flat. Carpet was stained and there was something that looked like earwax or boogers wiped on walls. Bathroom lock was damaged and holes in the walls. Staff was friendly.

Small bugs came out in the bathroom at night. All the fixtures worked. They could use updating. There’s no place to plug in phone charger cables. They have wifi but i wasn't given the password. Cell signal is good there right in town. Road noise is pretty high until after 11pm.

The curtains needed to be fixed and the walls and ceilings need a washing. The beds were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Bathroom light did not work so couldn’t take a shower because I would have had to leave the bathroom door open to half way see

When booking this room it is for 7 people. When you go to the room you get two full size beds and one twin. I am not sure where 7 are supposed to sleep so, two had to sleep on the floor. The beds do not have blankets, just a large sheet.

The hot water did not work in my first room. The front desk wanted me pay for another room with hot water

So let's be honest this part of Laurel is not the cute quaint part on tv you're looking for. This is definitely like truck stop-esque. The room had general debris on the floor looked like it blew in from the door opening, leaves and such. The shower was clean thankfully. The bed however was full of hair so we covered it back up and used our own blankets on top of the bed. The staff was great with our late evening check in and upon checking out. Good enough for an overnight along our trip.
