Outstanding hotel in the perfect location with beautiful vista.

Easy to find and ideal location from the main Valladolid train station. Reception/restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful (also spoke English well). General cleanliness excellent, lovely ambience and nice classic decor. Fresh towels and bed made daily. Tea/coffee/water provided in room and in reception area. Good breakfast choices. Would stay again!

Muy comodo

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado y Victor un excelente anfitrión en la entrada. Lo único es que el desayuno no vale la pena, malos sabores y poco vasto. Por supuesto que volveríamos!

Muy buena experiencia. Habitación grande y cómoda. Atención excelente por parte del personal. Desayuno mejor que en otros hoteles de similar categoría. Por poner algo a mejorar, empieza a ser necesaria alguna pequeña remodelación en las habitaciones y pasillos.

Pesimo hotel, muy viejo y sin mantenimiento, las alfombras rotas, las cortinas rotas y hasta un vidrio de la habitación roto, me cambiaron la habitación por otra muy regular, no regresaría nunca

El personal excelente

Accessing the hotel by car is complicated because the street is traffic restricted. It would have been helpful to have had instructions from the hotel in advance. Has its own parking garage. Short walk to pedestrianised town centre with bars and restaurants.

Good place. Big room in old style but great. Good breakfast. Easy to go all place.

Muy buen servicio, alojamiento y desayuno. Flexibilidad en el chekin y en la ocupación del parking.

Los colchones son de muelles y la almohadas finas finas La moqueta está totalmente sucia de manchas que ni se van pero le da un aspecto poco higiénico, al igual que la grifería del baño. El personal, la ubicación y el desayuno muy bien. Todavía quedaba más de media para acabar el horario del desayuno y ya no reponían más alimentos.

El hotel es bonito, comodo y limpio. Personal mug amable.

The hotel is well positioned for easy walking into the main city historical area. It’s also well positioned for the main city shopping centre. The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. The only downside to the room was control of the AC Unit… it didn’t seem to work, or I couldn’t work it out, but I was quite warm in bed as a consequence. The bar was clean and and comfortable. The bar food was good and the beer cool.. perfect for me. An enjoyable stay. 👍

Lo peor el aparcamiento q es muy justo

Pros: Great locationto see the main center of Valladolid, very nice property and furnishings, and professional friendly staff. Cons: Our room’s thermostat was broken and the bed mattress was substandard for a 4-star hotel. The continental breakfast was also substandard for the price (16.50 € each).

Excelente estadia en este hotel! El personal de recepcion fue muy amable y nos atendieron muy bien.
