Wonderful view, atmosphere, charm, we did walk down hill and up hill to restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent and helpful

Cuando realizo el check in me piden dni y codigo postal, como mi direccion en el dni es distinta a la real el personal Marc me dice que me pueden denunciar a la policia por eso, porque es obligatorio el cambio de domicilio. Le digo que no es asi, que se recomienda hacerlo pero no es sancionable y no entiendo porque me esta diciendo algo asi un funcionario de un hotel, sensillamente impresentable.

Rooms will need a bit of an update in the next few years however still a Greta hotel with lovely views. The bar could be updated now though!

Overnight stay on way to airport. Lovely hotel and gorgeous setting and views.

Lo conozco desde hace mucho tiempo, el hotel esta bien pero creo que ya empieza a necesitar una renovación en profundidad, sobre todo las habitaciones.

When I arrived at the hotel, DALIA at the reception said that my reservation was cancelled and there were no rooms available. Even though I showed her that it was not cancelled on the app, she kept repeating that there were no rooms available. When I finally got into the room, there were unknown bugs biting me on the bed, and the shower water suddenly got so hot that I got burned. There's no need to pay a lot of money for this old and unfriendly hotel. When I complained about this, she got angry. She spoke very fast on purpose so that I couldn't understand her, and when I asked her again, she looked down on me.

Avoid rooms facing the parking. I was in 457 and had noise all night long. When bins were collected, when people came home, when morning staff discussed in front of the staff entrance, when goods were delivered. Takes about 10 minutes before shower is hot enough to use. I was tired, but not as much as the room it self 😉

Conozco muy bien el hotel porque he estado muchas veces, pero aparte de estar bastante viejas las habitaciones hay algunas como en las que ir nos hemos alojado en esta ocasión que son muy incómodas para acceder sobre todo con maletas, aparte de estar el mobiliario y las instalaciones muy anticiados

Great location overlooking part of the city and shoreline. Restaurant food was ok but overpriced for the quality. Interesting the restaurant was the only place in our 45 day Spain/Portugal trip that suggested a tip.

We were extremely comfortable at the hotel and the staff was Amazing so nice and helpful!

Good spot close to the airport for easy take off
