The hotel was under construction with a rehab but no work going on late or super early. Hotel was close to the casino and downtown. Clean and comfortable

I did not like that we weren't notified about the construction on this property. The pool was filled with what appeared to be mattress boxes, abut not water. While i appreciate upgrades, this was a disappointment.

Needs updating and currently getting updated. No pool right now. Parking lot very messy. People and service very good.

Hotel dated but they are currently remodeling as of 04/06/2025

Great stay as usual. There was some noise because my room was close to the elevator but other than that the stay was very relaxing.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice with a variety of choices. The location was convenient to Harrahs.

Pool remodeled

Convenient to main highway, yet quiet since it sits upon a hillside. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Updates to room are recommended for charging station and lighting. ( stayed in a suite ).

The staff went above and beyond. Hotel was great, breakfast was amazing. Thank you!

Not the quality I expect from Holiday Inn

No regular coffee at breakfast. Cinnamon rolls were excellent.

Nice quiet newer hotel - good breakfast

It was a very nice and clean place and my sister, and I enjoyed our stay very much. The area was beautiful!

Great hotel!. There was a mistake with my credit card but it was taken care of expeditiously.

Great quiet little hotel tucked away off the highway. It is an older building and its age was showing. Weird smell in the hallway.

Front desk staff was rude. I always stay at the Hampton in Murphy and decided to try the Holiday Inn but will be going back to Hampton in my future travels.

Great stay would stay there again.
