Friendly staff, clean, well kept property, and variety of food options. Pools well maintained and beach was beautiful.

Amazing place to stay and cant wait to go back. Best vacation ever!

Had a great time with family on our trip. Rafael made sure we had our dinner reservations and even had my mom's room decorated for her birthday. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I disliked the constant vendors on the property and the beach. While I understand they have a job to do, it's really disruptive to a person's vacation to constantly be hounded for the spa, excursions and even the "we're not a timeshare" travel club membership. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

En terminos generales muy bueno, habitacionʻ excelente, el personal muy atento, limpieza excelente, comida normal pueden tener mas variedad en los desayunos, el restaurante Sumptuori deben mejorar bastante el show de comida no es el mejor practicamete es verlo cocinar he estado en otros restaurante de este tipo de comida y es un show entretenido y divertido. En este solo se limito a mover la espatulas y cocinar. Adicional el personal que busca vender el travel club son demaciados hostigadores todos los dias alguien diferente quiere ofrecerlo.

Staff and dining was great, beach was nice and sandy bottom. Lots of things to do with late night options as well! Had a great time!

It was an amazing resort, great staff. Our concierge Cesar took excellent care of us and added special touches during our stay to make us feel welcome. The food was always plentiful and delicios with many options. I recommend the Chic caberat and the spa is a must. Our room was kept clean and welcoming each day.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium. The resort was clean and easy to navigate. We got the swim up room and it was a great experience!

Place was clean and most staff were friendly and attentive. There is a language barrier if you dont understand/speak Spanish, but can still convey what your needs are overtime. Not much entertainment at the poolside and not much in variety of music. Overall good place for vacationing

Our stay was excellent, only exception was waiting on transportation to get to restaurants. We waited a long time and some nights had to walk in heavy rain after no one showed up for over a half hour. Some additional night life / entertainment options would also be an improvement.

Liked my location of room. Felt safe.

The staff at Grand Palladium Palace Resort, Spa, and Casino are very friendly. The rooms are immaculate, and there is a wide variety of activities available around and about this property.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were good.

We stayed 8 days and it was wonderful. Didn’t want to leave. All the staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was super nice, friendly and attentive to your every need. Cesar at Grand Palladium was the absolute BEST!!!! We checked in with Cesar which was easy. Cesar had already had made reservations to all the restaurants at the perfect times 8:30. Gave us enough time to enjoy our day.

Honeymoon disappointment. First night no Air conditioning in the room. We were moved to another room and the door lock was not working. The tub was about 3 ft high with no step to get in. (The other room had a step) In the new room the air conditioning worked well the first night, but then it was working at half cooling power. The food was not goos at all. The best was the food truck which was mediocre at best. The resort itself was beautiful except for the main reception area which had nightly shows had no air conditioning either. The concierge guys ceaser did his best to accommodate us, and the staff were excellent. We wont be going back.

Rafael at Guess services was great. He made my accommodation at the resort easy. He responded at all my questions. Great customer service

The whole team is very friendly and make you feel like family. The rooms are nice and clean.

I recently stayed at Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa and had an overall fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Rafael made the check-in process very smooth, which was a great start to the vacation. The customer service he provided was outstanding. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed, well-stocked minibar. I’d definitely return and recommend it to others.
