The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was super rude, and the racial bias of the guests was clearly evident. All the employees seemed unhappy; you could tell they were super frustrated with being there and doing their jobs. The hot tub wasn't working, but it didn't say that anywhere. I booked that spot to spend some time relaxing in the hot tub. You couldn't stay in the pool because the room had no ventilation, and you'd end up nauseous and dizzy from the chlorine. They don't allow snacks or drinks in the pool, and the attendant yelled at us from the entrance saying they weren't allowed when we clearly weren't eating (we hadn't seen the sign saying it wasn't allowed, and we didn't want to go back to the room to leave them). Overall, the worst stay I've ever had.

Good hotel

Pool not work and jacuzzi. Elevator dirty and room smell old. Bathroom not really clean. Mattress dirty. I went to hotel school I can see inmediato all the detail. i will never cameback.

The place was dirty. The pool was grimey and not fully functional. I would never have booked the room if i had known this in advance.

Thursday night we checked in late around 9pm after an 11hr drive. The carpet floor felt disgusting. The beds are not comfortable. The next morning noticed the room was disgustingly dirty. The sink had noticeable gunk around the rink, the floor had crumbs all over. I have a 11-month toddler who crawls all over. Her feet and legs got dirty black just from crawling around. We requested a room change. Got switched to a new room which was much cleaner and smelled fresh. In the evening before bed, a cockroach was felt on my husband’s leg. Found it crawling under the bed. captured it on video. The outside tile of the tub was sinking in. Stepping out the shower you could feel the soft spot and the unevenness. The customer service from 2/3 of the front office staff were unpleasant, lacked customer service skills/ simple communication. Unpleasant stay overall. Will avoid this hotel chain in the future.

A bit run down, but functional. Comfortable, plain room.

Perfectly fine. Bed is a bit hard. Great water pressure but the drain in room 207 is very slow. Great temperature control. All in all, a fine stay.

Staff was underpaid and owner had an awful amount of ridiculous rules in which I feel would’ve been understandable had the property been kept up to par so laziness seemed to be the drive which was apparent in cleanliness etc

It’s perfect fore the price and convenience

Jada at the front desk was a delight

Stayed in the King room with jetted tub and it was so wonderful. The room Was comfortable too

Building in terrible condition.

Extremely loud noises. Thin walls. No one was at the front desk for 10+ mins and couldn’t even check in for a while. Impossible to get any sleep here. Avoid at all costs.
