The staff were helpful and great! We were able to check in early after our red eye from the US. We were only there for one night for a concert, which the location is very convenient to Wembley… 10 min walk… felt safe …. That is pretty much all the good.. The property is dated! And they don’t have to update because of their location! Never had the breakfast because we had to check out fo our flight. Good shower pressure and beds.. everything else.. meh..

Stayed for a recent concert at Wembley. Excellent location. Staff really helpful. We arrived early expecting to just leave luggage but they made a few calls and we were offered our rooms early. Large rooms, everything we needed. Lovely breakfast. Will definitely be staying again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional,friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had an enjoyable stay. Their kindness and outstanding customer service really made all the difference and created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself was fantastic, with excellent facilities and a high standard throughout, but it was the incredible staff who truly made this stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to returning in the future

Great location for Wembley stadium

Good value, helpful staff and onsite car parking.

1. Room was quite hot and Air-con did not work very well. 2. Bathtub had bad stains inside it. 3. Both my daughter have find bugs crawling on the during night that made us all not be able to sleep at all.

Check in was quick and easy (and slightly ahead of schedule so appreciated!) Room was very basic - no fridge, very small tv, plug sockets in strange places. Huge air conditioning unit taking up a lot of space on the floor - also very loud when it was on. Bed was hard and uncomfortable but the pillows were new and good. Room walls were filthy, not just needing a lick of paint, they were dirty. Corridors and stair wells also dirty, carpet tatty in places. Lifts were old and I didn’t particularly have confidence in them! Didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on the food nor the service. Best thing about the hotel is the location - very close to Wembley stadium, so if you’re only using it as a place to rest your head it’s perfect - otherwise, don’t bother!

THE HOTEL WAS OK FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY GOING TO A GIG AT WEMBLEY BASIC A LITTLE OUT DATED BUT LOTS OF PLACE TO GO TO EAT AND DRINK .WOULD STAY AGAIN BUT ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT IF THERE WAS SOMETHING ON AT WEMBLEY ..

The bed was caved in and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was inedible. We contemplated eating the cost of the room and staying elsewhere, but we only had to tough it out for 3 nights. Way overpriced for what you get and the condition of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location is pretty good for attending events at the stadium. We would not book this hotel again.

Easy to find. Free to park. Hotel itself is very tired. Room very warm, couldn't turn the radiator off. There was glass in my drink from the bar which i mistook as ice, compensated with a bottle of water! Luckily no harm done. Continetal breakfast quite poor, but didnt starve! Could upgrade to cooked breakfast for £5 but can't vouch for the quality. Expensive for what it was, however great location for Wembley. Did the job!

We chose to stay here as super close to Wembley, and the cheapest, although £500 for 2 nights still pretty high but its the cheapest around Wembley. Rooms are basic but spacious enough for a weekend stay, we only had 1 meal at the restaurant and we really enjoyed it, very reasonably priced aswell.

Great location if visiting Wembley stadium. A little dated but okay for a quick visit

Although the room was relatively clean there was a stale smell. The curtains did not black out the sun so if a light sleeper will be awake early. The toilet was clean, shower was good however the towels were rough. The iron in the room needed replaced as it was burnt and I didn’t risk using it.

Overall clean stay for the night although the place could do with a revamp. Better tea and coffee facilities in the room would be an improvement

Good value, lovely staff and car parking

Parking was free, easy and secure, staff were really helpful at all times, we managed to check in early and staff helped with an issue I had with my car when leaving. The rooms were big and although dated were generally clean, we slept well and did not hear much noise from the road outside or other rooms. We were on the 7th floor and the views were great. Extremely convenient for Wembley stadium and Arena. Windows did open in the room but if needed there was also an aircon unit that was very effective. Would stay again if attending another event.

We stayed here as the reviews were good 10/10 so thought it was close to Wembley ovo but what a mistake. The hotel was more like a hostel. Very grubby and dirty. We stayed in a suite as it was an extra £5 on top of our £110 a room so opted for bigger space but we didn’t use it as the settee was covered in stains as was the floor and the headboard had greasy hair/head stains on it. Outdated and falling apart furniture and the bathroom was minimal with soap and shower gel chucked on the side. The windowsills were dirty with dead bugs on. Curtains and net curtains had stains on. The bed was so squeaky everytime you moved and very flat pillows. We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel is graded a 3 star which is debatable. From walking from outside in we realised the mistake we made but had an hour to get to our concert so unfortunately didn’t have a choice but to stay here. Honestly book somewhere else that’s clean at the very least. I’m sorry to give a bad review but it’s the truth.
