Ac was brilliant cooled the room perfectly

The hotel was welcoming and helpful and the rooms were spacious and nice. A fridge would’ve been nice in the room but otherwise it was a great stay over the weekend.

Room was very dirty. Carpet was was so dirty that I had to wear my wife’s 4 sizes too small flip flops so as not to touch the floor

The photos make yhe hotel look fantastic but its not. The rooms need updating. Wish we stayed at another hotel

Booked so we could stay the night after concert at Wembley, the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very tired and desperately needs updating. Air conditioning unit was very welcome but pretty noisy. We used Tesco Clubcard vouchers towards payment,very glad we didn't pay full price

The best thing about this hotel is the location - so close to Wembley. And that's about it.

Room was totally unmaintained. Hole in floor by tea tray area. A\C didn’t work, old memory foam uncovered mattress which had a smell and made you sweat. TV size of an iPad, very poor amenities in the room. Pillows well past sell by date !

The staff are what makes this hotel!. Go above and beyond and always smiling. Room was fine-spacious and clean

Clean room, staff were very approachable, rooms needed a bit of updating but great for a base for the Wembley shows. Air con in room was great just a bulky floor item. Would stay again!

Great location for Wembley stadium.. free on site parking and clean room.

Don’t like first come first served re parking,because I was worried if no free parking was available what do I do .I know I had a bed for the night but I did not know if car park would have spaces available.

It’s near Wembley Stadium, staff friendly and helpful but condition of hotel is very poor. Sofas in reception all ripped, chairs in dining room dirty and hard (meant to be padded seats), en-suite in bad shape. Tiles all chipped, no plug in sink, shower, toilet and sink in need of replacement.

The location was great and we were very happy there was an aircon unit in our bedroom. The room we booked was spacious. The things we didn’t find pleasant/great was as we were leaving, we saw the storage room where the “clean towels” were kept and they were all in piles on the floor rather than being stored properly and somewhere clean! The floor didn’t look particularly clean. Not like towels should be kept on the floor anyway! Also, the continental breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot of options and honestly not worth the money. For what people pay to stay here, especially during event days, I’d expect cleaner amenities, better breakfast options and even things as simple as shower slippers to be provided.

Great location for both the Wembley arena and stadium, Wembley tube station and London designer outlet. If you want pristine, 5 star accommodation then this hotel isn’t for you. But if you just want a budget option and are willing to overlook the grubby lifts and minor housekeeping fails then this is ideal. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and beds are comfortable.

You stay here for the location and parking during events at the stadium, and thats it. Room/hotel was generally tired and grubby. Corridors had that 'this used to be a smoking hotel and we still have the old carpets' smell about them, as did the room. Bathroom was barely sanitary, the taps I dont think have EVER been cleaned. Broken/chipped furniture. Not the most comfortable bed. Air conditioning is an unbelievably noisy portable unit placed next to bed and simply exhausted through a hole in the wall. Staff were friendly and helpful however, and convenient parking (first come, first serve), so long as you arrive early enough and just as previous guests are leaving to assure a spot. It did as an overpriced overnight place to crash for a concert, but dont expect much else.
