people walking around on the second floor were very noisy in first floor rooms but staff was great and room was nice and clean

The staff here were very unprofessional, dressed like they rolled out of bed. No food at breakfast, didn’t even say sorry to guests, didn’t keep guests updated as to how long the food was going to take. Eventually gave up and had to go outside for breakfast although breakfast was included in booking. Need to train staff better, no customer service skills.

There was an issue with our cedit card vendor and the gentleman working the desk at the time of check in was extremely pleasant and patient. He is a wonderful representative of customer service.

Carpet looks super old and looks like it hasn't been vacuumed really well. And TV is not working which is A BIG DEAL for us because of the kids! And we are staying in a hotel TO RELAX and how can we relax with nothing to relax with... They said they are "fully book" so they cant switch us for the night or change the tv. Websites say otherwise being sold out for the night though, so VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Worst experience in a hotel after a 5-night travel in Alberta, and it happened on our last night!

Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds. Great location with plenty dining options nearby. Excellent customer service. Donny B. is Mr. Hospitality. We're grateful. We'll definitely stay again.
