A brief visit to Maggiore, which included the Majestic. Food was excellent, accommodation maybe a slight refresh

Eigentlich alles gut. Mühsam, obwohl wir schon zum vierten Mal dort waren immer neu e-mail und Telefonnummer angeben zu müssen. Die versprochene Gratisflasche Wein von hotels.com als Goldmitglied haben wir schon zum zweiten Mal nicht bekommen. Sonst mögen wir den Charme dieses Hotels sehr und das Personal gbt sich grosse Mühe...

Abgenutzte Einrichtung im Zimmer. Safe aus dem vorletzten Jahrhundert - ohne Gebrauchsanweisung. Klimaanlage heizte ununterbrochen, keine Ahnung wie reglieren. In Douche floss das Wasser nicht ab. Schlechtestes WiFI ever, das wir erlebt haben. Aber positiv: Sehr gutes Frühstück, geniale Lage direkt am See, grosser parkähnlicher Garten und hervorragende Restaurants sind nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

We have stayed at this hotel 14 times over the past 30 years of visiting Lago Maggiore. It is old Italian design which I love , convient to great restaurants, has a beautiful outdoor garden on the lake with fabulous views & has a portion of the street cordoned off for walks along this beautiful lake. The staff has always been gracious & helpful. The rooms are very nice but a bit small. Finally they have adequate air conditioning in the rooms. I love this hôtel.

Magnifique vue sur le lac. Demander chambre avec balcon pour en profiter pleinement. Piscine intérieure très sympa. Luxe , calme et vue exceptionnelle.

Ottima struttura molto ben collocata silenziosa e con un panorama indimenticabile. Consigliabili le camere e le suite vista lago , le camere laterali sono piccoline. Servizi comuni eccellenti. Comodo e ampio il parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte all’hotel. La qualità del ristorante interno non ci ha soddisfatti

Beautiful and elegant hotel. Room was great with a balcony and view of the lake. Friendly and attentive staff including arranging a taxi for our pickup at the Verbania train station. Direct access to the lake with plenty of space and seating to lounge outside. Great breakfast with a variety of selections. We also enjoyed our dinner there. 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area.

Splendido hotel storico tenuto benissimo e in posizione splendida . Ristorante eccellente . Colazione un po banale ( come spesso in italia dove regna la pasticceria industriale ) . Personale alla reception eccezionalmente gentile . La definizione pet-friendly e abusiva ( ristorante e giardino sono off limit ) . L’animale ha in poche parole solo l’opportunità di stare in camera .

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist hochwertig. Freundliches Personal. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, aber zu teuer.

Séjour agréable mais chambre un peu étriquée et peu pratique dans la salle de bains. Un service de restauration désordonné mais bonne cuisine.

Excellent old elegant hotel. Nice large room with a GREAT view. Restaurant was very nice and welcoming. Pool indoors was a bit loud with kids around, otherwise just fine. Spa is a bit limited but the massages were well done and most of all in a quiet atmosphere. The service was better than in most 4* places. One person stands out Sara Spagnoli, was extremely exigent and proactive in getting us all we required and arranging restaurants and the boat rental, which was the highlight. Lake was amazingly beautiful and relaxing.

Vor allem der Park direkt an Seenähe (nicht durch Strasse getrennt) mit tollen und mehr als genügend Liegen war perfekt. Auch der direkte Zugang dort zum Hallenbad war praktisch. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Auch der Service dort war perfekt. Frühstück auch gut mit zubuchbaren Extras, die zu bezahlen sind. Tolle Lokale im benachbarten Städtchen, die gut zu Fuss erreichbar sind.

Ottimo Hotel, personale gentile e disponibile , buona palestra , panorama mozzafiato durante la varia e squisita colazione. Ho usufruito anche di un massaggio decontratturante a un prezzo minore che in altri hotel ed e' stato soddisfacente.

Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Balkon zum See. Auch der Pool und die Parkanlage sind wunderbar. Es gibt jedoch kein Personal zum Koffertragen. Dass Essen im Restaurant ist den Preisen nicht angemessen

Malgré deux jours de pluies bonne visites, un peu de temps à la piscine de l’hôtel ! Mais il faut demander un peignoir à l’accueil car pas dans la chambre ! Et plus de rdv pour un massage ! Donc très belle hôtel avec le soleil ☀️
