Great stay in central Reykjavik.

My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had no issues with my room. It is smaller than hotel standards in North America, but it was large enough for me as a solo traveller. The staff were very helpful at answering my questions , they have lots of information about what to do in Reykjavik, restaurant recommendations and they are very considerate and eager to help if you need it.

Didn't actually stay at this location as there was a water issue when we arrived. They placed us in a sister property nearby with an upgraded room and a couple other perks. Very friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay to experience Reykjavik!!! Close to a lot of pickups for day tours. By a bunch of restaurants, bars, and main attractions. Staff was helpful and called taxis for us. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable, though the outside noise from nearby pubs was quite loud into the early morning hours on weekends. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Location was great. Rooms were very sparse but clean. Breakfast was adequate. Biggest issue was noise at night. We had to keep the windows open to get fresh air (no A/C), but there was a restaurant in the courtyard below and we could hear patrons until late at night.

レイキャビクの中心地にありとても便利なホテルです。 だいたいのところは徒歩で行けるし、ツアーバスの停留所も徒歩15分程で行けます。 海外旅行で歩きながらその土地を楽しみたい方にはおすすめです☆ 掃除は毎日綺麗にされてましたが、1日だけタオル交換が忘れられていました。でもフロントに行けば快く新しいタオルを貰えたので問題ないです 飛行機の時間の関係で朝食時間よりも早いチェックアウトになることを相談したら、コーヒーとパンを用意してくれました。 全体的に丁寧で親切です。 またアイスランドに行く機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

Great staff and location. Not great for parking but walkable to everything in the city.

The service was friendly, polite, and helpfull. The hotel is clean and in a very good location. The breakfast choices were good, with fresh fruit and plenty of skyr available.
