Clean room and very helpful staff. The location was excellent. I enjoyed the water taxi ride from and to the airport.

A tiny room, but that was expected. Very clean and the continental breakfast, which was an extra cost was absolutely delicious.

運河が見える部屋を予約しました。 清潔で冷房も効いていて快適でした。 部屋とバスルームも充分に広くて満足です。 運河は見えますが裏の道なので静かですが少し寂しい感じです。 朝食はとっていないのでわかりません。

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. One negative was the A/C didn’t work well. It was 22 C at night in our room. We had asked about this when we first arrived and they told us the A/C doesn’t get colder than 21 C…they did give us a fan to use but it was still too warm. If you’re planning on visiting Venice any other time than summer, it should be fine.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast.

Het hotel lijkt bij binnenkomst minimalistisch maar de kamer was super en uitstekend schoon. De airco werkte goed en er was een prachtig uitzicht over de gracht. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd en personeel erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Clean with large rooms and just a ferry ride to San Marco

The hotel is in a fantastic location. If you don't want to venture far, you can stay within a few blocks and find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a great atmosphere. It's also an excellent base for exploring the rest of the city on foot. The rooms are small, which is typical for Venice, but they are clean and comfortable. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to help. Their service made the stay even better.

It’s hard to find but a really nice place.

Such a beautiful room with a gorgeous view of the canals. Lots of space and had many amenities provided. Reception was very helpful (24/7 service), and offered late check in, as well as luggage storage while we explored Venice. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Venice island.

Todella siisti huone, ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen. Huoneessa ilmastointi oli suunnattu loistavasti ( ei puhaltanut suoraan vuoteeseen). Ehdottomasti suosittelen ko. hotellia!

We cannot rate this property highly enough! It was easy to get to with luggage from the airport using local water transport. We had a junior suit with a canal view, stunning. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. It’s also tucked away and really quiet yet so walkable to everything we wanted to see. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return next time we’re in Venice.
