Yes the room was spotless and the staff very courteous

The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay.

Overall a conveniently located hotel in the heart of the city. The “pool” is more of a large bathtub than a pool really but that did not bother us. The restaurant on site has limited options and room service is non existent. You are paying for the location although our room was nice and we had a large terrace. Housekeeping forgot about cleaning the terrace and we found prior guest underwear outside which was a bit strange

Vaste chambre avec salon séparé. Belle salle de bains. Lit ferme. Petit bureau dans la chambre avec TV. Canapé dans le salon avec TV. Belle Piscine. Happy hour de 18 à 19h sur les bières (1pint au prix d’1/2). Excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Le tout dans un charme historique.

Es gibt sehr große Nebengeräusche im Hotel. Das alte Haus lebt. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind alt mit leider kleinen Defekten die sich häufen. Kein Schlüssel für den Safe vorhanden, Türgriff im Bad fällt ab....

Close to shopping and rail. Beer pub next door is bonus. Walking distance to Main old town strip

A little bit of a mix up on my reservation, however, Pedro went above and beyond to help sort it out. The hotel is amazing!

This is my second stay at this hotel and I continue to love the quality of the service and rooms. I selected a larger room and it was so nice to hang out in. The location of the hotel is perfect - right off Camino trail. The breakfast very good and had lots to offer.

Muy amables y hospitalarios, la habitación de lujo

La estancia en suite familiar es en un edificio anexo al principal. No habia calefacción, ni mantas adicionales. Para el sofá-cama del niño solo pusieron sábanas, por lo que hubo que taparlo con una cazadora. Muy mala limpieza, manchas en el suelo y polvo de muchos días acumulado en muebles y salientes de las paredes.
