There were roaches in the bathroom. There was no housekeeping; gotta take out our own trash, get our toiletries/towels at front desk because there were no room service, and you’ll be surprised because those will be charged separately as part of amenities. Today’s security front desk guy was rude, won’t even let us in to use the front entry to get into the back side of parking lot after checking out this morning;Today’s date 10/20/2025.

Es un hotel y a la vez condominio entonces hay mucha gente y definitivamente se ve mejor en las fotos. Sin embargo la gente muy amable y sobre todo a muy buen precio.

Room was small, cockriaches in the bathroom, limited parking. TV did not work, took 2 days for so.eone to fix ut. Doir key card had to be replaced several times

Room was renovated very clean and nice

Staff was super nice and friendly, the hotel room was clean but old and in need of some attention. It had multiple roaches, including on the fridge, we were afraid to open it. The hallways smelled of stale smoke and mildew.

Saw a few bugs in my room but great place over all

The room wasn’t that clean and the shower was either cold water or scolding hot.

There were 2 good things about this hotel - the view was excellent, and they were good enough to receive an important FedEx packet for me ahead of my stay. Everything else about this hotel was subpar. All of the furniture, right down to the front desk furniture, looked like it came from the Goodwill store. The check-in process was terribly slow. The bathroom was tiny. The pillows were lumpy and hard. And they charged me a $30 "amenities fee", which was not disclosed when I booked, which is a violation of Hawaii state law. And they were just the standard amenities that most hotels automatically include in the room rate. Would not recommend.

Staff was friendly

ここは良いです。 最上階の部屋でした。 眺望が素晴らしく、海や運河など又夜景も良かったです。 立地も良く、ビーチ、ショッピング、グルメと何でも徒歩で過ごせました。 簡易キッチンもあり、ステーキを焼いて食べました。 朝は運河沿いを散歩してとても気持ち良かったです。 又、泊まりたいホテルです。

4回目の宿泊です studioの部屋を予約しました 今回はリビングとベットルーム別の部屋を用意していただけました 景色は運河、ダイヤモンドヘッド、パーシャルオーシャンビューで毎日、ラナイから日の出を楽しめました ラナイは透明になっているのでロケーションが最高です 気になったのは、バスルームと床の清掃が不足していたこと、エアコンの室外機の水だラナイが水浸しだったこと、キッチンの家具が壊れていたことです でも、景色の良さやキッチンの自由度、部屋の広さを考えると私は、どのホテルよりも最高だと思います また、ハワイに来たときは宿泊します ありがとうございました

We liked the property, we would stay again.

Would not stay here again. I booked a panoramic ocean room and was told at the front desk they don’t have ocean view rooms. When I looked up at the hotel, they clearly had rooms that faced the ocean. The rooms were extremely run down, missing locks, dirty stained carpet, ratty torn curtains, beat up furniture, hot room with a fan, loud AC, very noisy streets, bed like a rock. Did not feel safe and hotel staff made excuses for their hotel problems. Would not recommend.
