Family friendly hotel with water park.

Staff was friendly. Issues with some of the machines in the arcade but the staff was helpful in fixing the problems.

We recently stayed at American Waterpark Resort as part of a dance competition being held at the facility. The room we booked had an infestation of ants and when we brought this to the attention of the hotel the only option they offered for resolution was to send maintenance to spray raid and put out traps (ants were all located on the bed and bedside wall) OR to send housekeeping to vacuum them up. We requested a change of room but were told that was not a possibility and 'was there anything else they could help with'. We were forced to find somewhere else to sleep for the night with no concern of the hotel as we still needed to be present at the facility for the dance competition.

Decent place to stay especially kids

I was disappointed. While the room itself appeared clean at first glance, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I stayed 3 nights. There was no cleaning service during the stay—only an offer of extra towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. I ended up having to clean my own coffee pot, change the garbage, and leave it outside the door myself, which is not something I expect when staying at a hotel. There was no hot water during my shower at 3pm on the Saturday or at 9am on the Sunday. I did advise the front desk, but they told me it happens sometimes because all the guests from the water park are rinsing off at the same time and the hotel is on a boiler system. The room itself had a terrible musty smell, and the bathroom was even worse, making it uncomfortable to use. It is in desperate need of a renovation. Noise was another major problem. The walls are extremely thin—I could hear everything, including people on the floor above using the bathroom. To make matters worse, the headboard was positioned against a wall adjacent to entrance door #2, so every time the door opened or closed, the extremely loud banging would shake the headboard.I asked for a late checkout which was offered at a cost of $100, which felt excessive, so I declined. The extremely high cost of the room includes water park passes, which I was unable to use as I stayed here for a dance competition. It would be nice to have the option to decline the waterpark passes for a better nightly rate.

It stinks how the water park doesn't open until 10am but you have to check out at 11. You shouldn't have to pay for parking either.

Stayed multiple times. Clean. Safe. Great pool.

This was a trip for my son’s 7th birthday. He is neurodivergent, so it was great to be at a water park that wasn’t crazy busy. The room was spacious. The only thing that would have made to room better was the kitchenette having utensils, dish soap and dish towels. The towels in the bathroom were not adult sized.

Wasn't happy when we checked i , they lost of reservation and it took over half an hour to get it figured out. Even showing them email confirmationThey kept saying that they didn't have it. Checkout was horrible. The lady refused to listen to what I had to say.Because we had booked two rooms.But checked out of one a day earlier, and she wouldn't refined the car even though I was told that I would get that back at the end of my stay. The lady was extremely rude and unwilling to help.She kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk. The pool was great, boston pizza was great and where the dance competition was.Held was good. It got very hot in there.So maybe the air needs to be turned on Sooner.

We had an amazing time. Kids loved the water park. Nice location/distance to Niagara Falls. We had a blast. Was amazing weekend. Only note: kids bunk bed was against a wall that had an outlet with no closure plugs. We had a young child with us planning to sleep on the bottom bunk here. After speaking to front desk and realizing there were no covers/plugs available. We went out to find some in the area. Took 3 stores to locate. We had a fabulous time. Staff were great. Amenities were great

Staff were helpful. Room and maids were very polite and friendly as well as proficient. Great stay.

8 pm -9 pm all is closed . Arcade -and restaurant.

Great experience

Visited with my wife and my grandson had a fantastic time. He had a better time. Great place for kids 2 years old. And a great place for adults, breakfast was breakfast.Fresh and good
