Room ac didn't work

Nothing like pictures and waited 3 hours for check in due to systems down. Frontdesk could nit assist me ir transfer me somewhere else

Overall I had a good stay. Staff would give good customer service when I asked for things. Though some things shouldn’t have to be asked for. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. They did however give me two extra when I requested them. Don’t drink the coffee unless you want to be on the toilet all day. The room had a couch which was great to see. But once I sat on it I realized it was just a waste of space. Very uncomfortable. The pull out bed, even worse. Luckily I was alone for the most part. There’s a large cushion in the window seat, use that, it’s more comfy.

Many homeless people around outside. Building seemed run down. Room was just ok. A door was missing on the cabinet. Breakfast was terrible. Only offered cereal, bananas and a muffin. Lots of places close by for things to do or go eat.

Hotel was very old and smelled old. Rooms were very outdated and not cleaned properly. Cracks in the sink. Won’t stay here again.

The first room they put us in had an aweful smell like mildew. The second room was ok. You only get 2 small pillows on the bed. The pool was permanently closed and the gym was closed for repairs. The breakfast only consisted of yogurt, cereal and tiny muffins. I feel like it was overpriced for what they offer.

It was decent for the price

Never had a bad stay here. It's not a high end place. But if you need a quiet, clean place for a couple of days, this is for you.

Always a good stay... If you want all the bells and whistles, this is not for you. But if you just want a quiet night. This is the place. Everything you need, and nothing you don't...

The stay was good, not bad but not great. Didn't get my keys had to be opened by the desk clerk. A key was issued to me at 2am finally which at that point was late what was the purpose. Otherwise it was clean, kind of gloomy, a little worried about my new truck in parking lot. Beds were comfy.

No pool. Filled in with sand. Breakfast was slim rot nothing. Old and outdated. Overwhelming weed smell in the hallway on the second floor. Homeless ppl camped out at the bus stop

During Check-in the gentleman at the desk questioned me TWICE about being alone, pets, friend coming to join me After we got past the third degree questions, my room was very clean, with the required supplies, it was quiet and I felt safe while recovering from dental surgery. I would have accpreciated a box of Kleenex. The owners went out of their way to furnish me a banana that I could mash for breakfast.

The front people are racist and very rude

She wouldny give back my deposit and wont let any visitors in to see me the food was bsd not worth staying we left the very first day.

Wasn’t impressed. Staff was short with us. Blankets had a hole in it. Rooms had a funky smell to them. Breakfast was just cereal.

Tub was dirty. The people in the room next door were making noise all night long. I wouldn't recommend staying there.
