After a flight of over 30 hours, I was completely exhausted, but the warm hospitality from the staff and even being offered breakfast made such a thoughtful impression—it truly made my first experience in Barcelona incredibly positive. All the staff were consistently attentive and caring, the hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The minibar is complimentary, and there’s always ice cream available in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It’s right across the street from Casa Batlló, and there’s a метро station just 30 seconds away. Being in the heart of the city, everything—shopping, restaurants, and more—is within walking distance. It was an amazing stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone I know.

Amazing hotel! Very central location in delightful area. Staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived - very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble. Little things like welcome pack in fridge and few ice creams/popcorn at reception made such a different. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Hotel was fabulous for our 3 night stay. The location is great - it’s on a really beautiful, busy shopping street in amongst the designer shops. A good base for exploring the city either by foot or on the open top bus which stops just a couple of mins walk away. Few cafes and bars nearby too and a taxi rank right outside. We had a connected 2 bedroom room which was ideal for us as a couple with two teenage sons. It meant the boys had their own space and bathroom etc. Staff are really friendly, special mention for Victor who was so welcoming when we checked in, showed us personally to our room and offering advice about sightseeing. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and a mini fridge with a few complimentary drinks and snacks. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Great location across the street from Casa Batlo and a short walk from La Pedrera. Lots of shopping on the street. Safe and bustling. Can walk to La Rambla, Gothic quarter, Sagrada Família. Breakfast was the best we had on this trip to Spain and Portugal. Huge spread, vegetarian option, made to order omelettes, crepes, pancakes, fruit yogurt, fresh cut fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh baked cakes, scrambled eggs, noodles, bread, cheeses, sandwiches, Spanish omelette . Amazing value!! They also upgraded us to a suite. Bottle of Spanish wine in the room. Highly recommend this hotel.
